The owners were a pleasure to work with. Being out of the area buyers they made the buying process easy; good communication with our insurance company so no back n forth. They had the car registered and inspected; and all ready within a few days of buying. Thank you for a great experience.

Just bought my car from Gio!! I found the car online, called and from the moment they answered the phone it was a pleasant experience! Gio was very informative and answered all my questions. Tee was professional and thorough. I never saw or drove the car in person (was to far) so I asked all the questions I needed and then I just FULLY trusted what they told me and everything was truthful and as expected upon delivery!! No gimmicks, no run-around just straight forward car sales.

Worst place to buy a car. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My experience was very bad first I brought my car in 2024. 2016 bmw x4 first thing I will tell people is they get you a loan for the total amount of the car. What ever you have as a down payment just goes to them and the bank. They donāt get you a loan for the remaining amount itās the full amount for what ever car you want. So youāre locked in this contract longer than you want. Second they sold me this car I paid them a registration fee and provided insurance. They was supposed to get the inspection sticker they never did. I was told by them when I came to pick up my vehicle it needs a front cap for my bumper to pass. I ordered one of Amazon and went to get an inspection I failed the whole right side head lights did not work and I failed for that alone. I called shopicar and told them I was given every excuse as to why they are not responsible. They told me to contact my warranty. I did and of course that type of service fall under a category where thatās considered regular owner maintenance. Thatās another thing do not buy any warranty from them they will also put that amount into your loan your paying interest over time on your warranty. Do your research and purchase your own warranty. Back to my X4 they sold me a car that had headlight issues that cost for me to repair a bmw whole head light with high and low high beams plus labor cost me 1400$+. I just now fixed my right side headlight this year 2025 I went a whole year with a R sticker. I ran into another issue with my wheels they put these rims on my x4 to make the car look nice and it did the rims was one of the reasons my I liked the car. But I had a light come on draintrain malfunction. Come to find out the wheel they put on my x4 are 16 inches and the tires on that 16ā wheel didnāt match with the original recommended tire size for my x4. The car factory wheel size is 19 inches tire size for factory 2016 x4 is 245/24 R19. So I spent 1300+ on 4 used 19ā alloy rims lucky they came with somewhat new tires. I called shopicar to see if they can just put back on my original wheels and take back them 16 inches they put on. They told me they canāt they donāt have them and they are under new mangers now. But the same dude still there in charge Geo. All he cares about is scamming people out of there money. My brother been trying to cancel his warranty with them since October 2024 they still giving him the run around. Shopicar only cares about that down payment they will get you a high interest rate loan and rigged warranty. Do not waste your time spending your money with them go to a big dealership.

Listen all iāll say is. if you need a car. and a nice car !! bad credit good credit in the middle credit please please please !!! come to these guys i guarantee you will leave out with your car , these guys got me into my dream car !! i have no problems with my car it rides so smooth myself and my family are truly in love with our new car , blessed to have such amazing people that was able to get this deal done. !!! as i said im in love with my new car !!!!! Avoid this place. Shady used car salesman energy. They had the car I was interested in listed for $5800 on car gurus, but listed it for almost double that price on their website. I emailed back and forth with their associate about what the real price was. He confirmed the car guru price was correct. I wasted hours to find out the next day when attempting to put a down payment on it that they lied to me and the car was actually over 10k.
When I went to put the payment down Elton informed me that the car was ~10k and car guru price was fake. Now if you look up the vehicle on car gurus it's listed for over 10k and flagged as overpriced.
How do you lack communication skills with your own team so badly that your over $5000 off on the price? Going forward I wouldn't trust anything these guys say, as it is clear they will say anything to make the sale.
They were otherwise very friendly and personable.
TLDR: If you shop here make sure you question everything to Protect yourself and your time.

Tee was very unprofessional. She hired me a month ago, texted me two weeks ago saying she didnāt need me to come in for a whole WEEK. Gio was such a nice guy to me. But I canāt say the same about Tee. She fired me through text. TouchĆ©. She didnāt give me proper training and then complained because I didnāt make a sale my FIRST week working thereā¦ She complained when I asked questions when I specifically told her the way she ran her business was completely different compared to other dealerships Iāve been at. Sheās money hungry and I wouldnāt trust buying any vehicle from this company as I have answered phone calls from people complaining about cars not being shipped for 2+ months. They are selling cars that have no title, they arenāt getting the things they promise the customers done. They ignore certain peopleās phone calls because they canāt give them a straight answer about whatās going on with their vehicle. The whole business is a SCAM! And Tee if you bout to sit up here and respond to my review, donāt even waste your time. I have nothing more to say to you. Sheās very unprofessional. And is disrespectful to her coworkers as well as her customers. Thatās all.

They had my new (used) car for over two weeks with a list of repairs. Brought it back today to me and NOTHING was fixed. Contacted BBB and Atty General. These people are scam artists and I highly suggest NOT purchasing a vehicle here

Absolutely horrendous service they kept the car for 14 days to fix the brakes and control arm I asked to be fixed before purchasing the car, knowing it'd exhaust the lemon law did shotty work and refused to fix it. To top it off the owner was incredibly rude. I wouldn't buy another car from them if it were half off.
