This young man went ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service! I had 3 flats and was about a mile from the tires shop. He literally replaced my tires one by one , bringing them back and forth. I know damn well that's not typical. I really appreciated his professionalism and him not judging my 3 flats🤣🤣. He delivered excellent service and is the reason I will now only get my tires from Town Fair tires!!!”

“These guys gave me an appt on 2hrs notice on a busy Saturday and had me out in under an hour to fix a slow leak. Nail in the tire. Patched and rebalanced for $13!! Idk if they were having some promotion that made the patch part free, but I didn’t ask questions! I’ll be back. Great service.”

My G37x encountered a few issues a week before my birthday. I did have someone else take a look (Now, I know more about cars than the average women, so I kinda knew he was just telling me anything to make a quick buck) and not feeling comfortable with his findings, I called a few local shops. They were either super expensive or didn’t specialize in Infiniti.
After reading soo many great reviews about this place, decided to give them a call. Matt was such a great help from beginning to end. Explained what work was done and needed to be done, very thoroughly. We did run into a little hiccup with a defective part but he literally had it the next day and my car was ready! Pricing for labor and parts were good, service was fantastic. You guys have a new customer for sure!

“We had a rental car out of Boston that was losing air on the left rear. Hertz customer service was so atrocious, and these folks were nearby. We called and they got us in within 45 mins, found a massive nail in the tire, fixed and on our way in under a half hour for $34. Saved the day. Super grateful. You guys are awesome!! A++”

“Jack is an awesome one-man-show. He gets the job done with good communication on tire orders and such. The online hours are posted as 8a-4p Monday-Thursday but his true hours are 7a-4p Monday-Thursday so feel free to come in any time after 7a”

“Update: I recently wrote a review that was a mistake and the mishaps did not come from S&E automotive. I already felt distraught writing my first review because I recommend people to this auto shop & this is the only place that I have trusted to come to with my previous and current vehicle. I came here today due to a bad gasket leak the previous owner of the car didn’t take go care of it which led to me having to deal with the issues left over which isn’t anyone’s fault but mine for going for that specific vehicle (brought at auction) - Ryan, has been understanding and caring for my situations. It’s hard to come across auto shops that you can trust, rely on, or even feel safe to deal with especially as a young woman. Long story short - my vehicle is left because my car isn’t in the best condition, Ryan even offered me a ride home which I was grateful & thankful for after leaving a bad review from before knowingly I should’ve kept a close eye on the problem at first hand before pointing fingers after getting my oil change done. Even after Ryan left another worker stayed and was kind as I was waiting for a ride. Not to mention even the mechanic gave me a charger to use as I made arrangements. Ryan also gave me water which all meant a lot to me. Not many auto shops can care for customers as much as they did for me. They also fixed an old friend of my windshield wiper & was able to tow the car from an establishment back to there’s before closing time to see the issue. Communication means a lot to them and they will get the job done efficiently!”
