They have gone from very good to the worst !! I have no idea what they are doing . I compare my plan and costs with those of family and friends and I am very disappointed .

This company is the WORST. Charging patients $18 for a safety survey which Tufts KNOW IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE is LEGALIZED ROBBERY. that’s all I have to say.
