The postman accidentally grabbed our garden tool when delivering our package. I went to the post office even though they were closed for the Saturday afternoon but the post master still came back later in the day to drop it off.

Tuesday June 24th in the sweltering lobby on the hottest day 101°...my pkg could not be mailed...I did not understand why...my basic reason for this review is WHY did this clerk not have a fan under this excruciating heat...she stood there and never complained...disgusting conditions to work in...

Canton MA - They deliver an overnight package to the wrong address, don’t care they delivered to the wrong place and do not provide any help with fixing their mistake. What a waste of a post office. You try to cal them and they ignore the phone

So at the start of January I started not getting my mail. A few weeks went by and I contacted them. Turns out they somehow mistakenly thought I was forwarding my mail somewhere (I’m not been here two years and not going anywhere). So my mail was not getting to me. I was told they figured this out and I would start getting mail and would get that mail I didn’t. I did get my new mail but the guy lied be star the missing mail has all been sent back to sender which he didn’t mention when he talked to Mr so I’m screwed. Missing w2s, new credit cards, bills and who knows what else due to extreme incompetence

I absolutely hate to leave a poor review for the post office but our mail delivery has just gotten worse and worse and this is the final straw. Where is our mail today? Did we even get any? WHO KNOWS! But at least my neighbors WHOLE mail delivery for the day (that was delivered to us) was delivered BY ME to them. So at least one person on our street got their correct mail today.

Canton USPS won't actually deliver your mail, they certainly aren't delivering my mail. Unfortunately, leaving a bad review is all I can do about it.

This place absolutely SUCKS. I dropped a package off and tracking showed that it didn't leave the post office for 4 days! I don't know whats going on with this place but they need a complete overhaul. A bunch of slugs working there, moping around with no sense of urgency. All the other post offices in the area from Hyde Park to Sharon are on their game.

I have to say, we have had many issues here lately. However, I still am rating them 5 stars. Between my normal carrier, and Robert Chin who has gone above and beyond to ensure our company is satisfied with any issues we have had with our mail. He explains what happened, why there are delays, and makes sure to help resolve any of our issues. For this reason, I am giving them a 5 star. No one is perfect all the time, things happen. Communication and resolution can do a lot for an unhappy customer and Robert Chin has been ensuring he communicates and resolves!

Irresponsible. I feel like comparing the workers at this post office to the Sloths in Zootopia. How incompetent the USPS in Canton have become. We live in 2024 yet the USPS in Canton operate like its the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Few days ago I wanted to mail a package. I have to ring the bell (are we in the same decade?) and wait 4 minutes for any employees to barge their way to the front desk. When someone finally came she told me the printers are down and I can’t send the package from this location. Unbelievable!

USPS Canton branch is conveniently located and easy to access (just don't perform a u-turn to park). The staff is always professional, friendly and happy to answer any questions one may have. Not all local USPS locations are equal, which is why I'll often drive further to this one even though it may not be the closest.

They keep losing my mail, unapologetically and unsurprisingly, given the disgraceful state of their front desk, which looks like a tornado stormed through it. The only reason it gets one star is because I could not leave a review otherwise. An absolute disappointment.

A postal worker came to my house (super nice - the only reason for the two stars) to deliver my Disney MagicBands, but there was an extra $6 dollar and change charge for her to leave them with me. The only option was so pay in cash and I didn't have the exact amount to pay her. I returned to the post office a couple days later and the package was gone. I have received zero clarity on what happened, why there was an extra charge and why there is only an option to pay the postal worker in cash. How odd and disappointing for my children as they didn't have their magic bands for Disney. Thankfully, Disney customer service was better than the post office.

I've been to this post office 2 times in the last 3 months. The person at the counter was very friendly, professional and helpful. Parking could be an issue but hasn't been for me. Overall a good experience.
