I came in super upset about my bill and when the manager T came over to help he was able to calm me down and go over everything with me. Then he did the unthinkable. He helped me cover to cost of my phone to get me into a new phone for all the troubles that I went through and got me amazing discounts on services I'm paying for outside of verizon

I have used Verizon as a provider for 28 years and have been usually satisfied. However, I had one of the worst retail experiences I've ever had at this Verizon store. I came into the store because of charging issues with my current phone. They told me the charging port was broken (which I had already assumed) and needed a new phone. The first problem was when they incorrectly told me that I was due for an upgrade to a new phone and that the new phone would not change my current plan/monthly cost. Since leaving the store I have since discovered that the upgrade DID significantly increase my monthly cost. The second problem was when they offered to do a phone to phone transfer to make it easier for all my passwords and other data to transfer over to the new phone. They said it would take 20 minutes and that I could go for a walk and come back. I did that, but when I returned, the salesperson I had been working with had disappeared without telling his co-workers anything about what was happening, and thus no one else at the store knew what was happening with my phones (old or new). Once they figured out where my phones had gone, I had to go through the process again. All told, it took over an hour and a half. What a frustrating hassle! They also said I had to buy a whole bunch of extra products (including a hot spot modem) that I didn't want. My suggestion: go to a different Verizon store or do it yourself. I came in with a broken charging port on a phone and left having wasted most of a morning and having to pay WAY more than I already was.

My experience at this store was absolutely fantastic! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helped me find the best new phone for me as well as the perfect plan. I highly recommend going to this location for excellent service and deals. Shoutout to Adaora in particular, she was an amazing help to me at the store.

Went here twice to upgrade a phone and finally just decided to do it online.
The most recent time the kid who was "helping" me was doing something on his phone the whole time while pages "loaded" on his work computer. He spent too long on whatever personal thing he was doing and needed me to grant access to my account a second time. Then apparently they only have 1 type of phone in stock despite having several on display. When I was told I didn't have a choice and they would need to have one delivered I opted to just do it online where I don't need to deal with some dumb child trying to sell me on whatever they're told to sell people on.
It's not that hard to just give good customer service. I look very young and deal with people thinking I don't expect good service almost everywhere I go. It gets old and I'm tired of it. This location isn't a shining star by any stretch. If I could give 0 or negative as a review I would.

Store is downright predatory.
Last time I went in to activate a travel plan one of the people there started pressuring my father and I that if we didn’t upgrade immediately we would no longer be eligible for new phones.
We have been customers for 15 years and will never be returning to this store.
