“Had an amazing experience today with a GNC worker named Kaleigh, who was absolutely slammed, manning the Braintree store by herself. I patiently waited my turn while observing. She greeted everyone, letting us know that she knew we were there. She was not frazzled and had the warmest smile as she dealt with everyone.
