Had 3 PCR test done on Friday for Sunday and did receive the results until Wednesday afternoon. Our flight was Monday. Wonderful people but not timely despite saying usually 48 hours (not guaranteed)...but Wednesday?! Don't do it if you need it for a flight.

have been ordering items to be delivered in the past, now orders for delivery are being cancelled within minutes of being placed. Know they have orders in stock too. Contacted customer care but they said they could not do anything, charge is still on card

Placed an order online and paid for it to be picked up in store yesterday I go to get the order this morning and they couldn't find it . It was a cosmetic kit type of item the manager asks the girl in the beauty section if she has seen this cuz I bought it and with a smirk she goes yeah I just bought the last one this morning . Like are you serious after I already paid and had it confirmed . No apologies no nothing. Don't rely on online shopping . They will take your money and your not even guaranteed the item before the employees take advantage and buy it up.

I will be transferring my business to CVS in Canton. I have been a customer of Canton Walgreens since 1994. Since the Rite Aid merger and acquisition, this pharmacy has taken a nose dive in response time at the drive through and pharmacy check out counter. If I could rate it 0, I would. The Rite Aid merger has doubled the wait time at the Drive-Through and at store checkout so it seems. The second drive thru has been out of order at least 3 years making the wait time 15+ min when busy. Why for the life of me can't this major corporation fix the second drive thru and hire more people during peak times?Why? They are going on the cheap. So twice as many customers and major increase of wait time is ENOUGH FOR ME. I feel bad for pharmacy workers who they are working to death for chump change. Bottom line, the corporate headquarters ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Pharmacy has gone downhill big time since merging the local rite aid . Takes forever to get in and out with a prescription now , pharmacy techs used to call when prescriptions were not going to be ready on time ....

I think Walgreens in Canton, the pharmacy is the worst. I wouldn't go there but unfortunately Rite Aid closed and transferred my prescriptions to Walgreen. I just got disconnect after waiting for 15 minutes to talk to someone to refill a prescription. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I asked to be put on auto-refill twice but that never happened. There are so many other pharmacies around the Canton area and I highly suggest going to one of them.

Located right off of Washington, we found this particular location to carry the pack of water that we were looking for while in town. Aisles and items are clearly marked, but the selection can run low. Not many employees on the main floor, but do not hesitate in asking questions up at the front to the cashiers. Large parking lot is available in the shared lot, and traffic light is available to turn on the main road. +friendly staff +large lot to park your vehicle
