If I could leave zero stars I would. If you are a woman I recommend you find another mechanic. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a mechanic and owner when I questioned the cost of my service. The misogyny of this company is rampant, and I am mortified by how I was treated by the owner and mechanic.

This is the first time I’ve had my car serviced at Carlisle Auto Body and it was such a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and their prices are very fair. They didn’t over charge me at all and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much again guys!

Simply the Best Auto Body and Service/Repair there is! You cannot find more friendly, responsive, knowledgable, and fair people to work on your vehicle from start to finish. The body work is incomparable and don't forget they also offer service/repair In a recent visit my rear quarter dent and scratch came out perfectly and they also found and gave me a great deal on 4 special tires that ride like a dream.

Absolutely perfect experience. They provided a detailed and accurate estimate and the work was completed exactly when promised. My car looks like new and I will recommend them to anyone in Middlesex County. Shout out to Liz for being incredibly polite and processing my payment as quickly as humanly possible.

Ever since we moved out this way, Carlisle Auto Body has become our go-to shop for all auto repair services, everything from oil changes (and helping me fix the oil change schedule) to tire replacement, new brakes, and engine diagnostics. If I could give negative stars I would. Carlisle Auto Body will leave your car worse off than when you brought it in. I had to go back a second time for them to fix the errors they made. They had my car for almost a whole month! Dean, the owner, spoke down to me like i was the issue here. My car is still not fixed, the owner was extremely rude and he never even fixed what he was paid to fix. Absolute insurance scam. There are spots all over the back and dripped paint. Save yourself the headache, find a place that will talk to you respectfully and go somewhere that's professional not this chop shop. Absolutely disgusted by this unprofessional body shop, I would never recommend anyone going here!

Customer service lady was very polite on the phone. I walked in and one of the men came out yelling at me asking what I wanted in a very disrespectful tone. He then proceeded to tell me to take my mask off. I immediately decided to try a different auto body shop.

Outstanding experience on a bumper replacement for an older Honda Accord. Excellent work, looks good-as-new. Dealt with one of the owners Dean, who offered a fast turnaround time, and finished even a day sooner. Held the cost down when the underlying work turned out to be a bit more than anticipated and they could have charged me for more. Would definitely come here again!

I'm just going to link this video of Dean - a man with a violent temper - at Carlisle Auto Body both verbally assaulting me and hitting my car with his fist in his unhinged rage at me. Avoid this body shop, unless you enjoy being shouted at by a man with a serious temper problem.
