They were able to get it working again and then sent the car over to Cape Auto repair for the inspection. They did not even charge me for fixing the lock. I will always bring my car there for auto body work. Their sister facility on Samoset St, Plymouth are great too.”

“Traveling from St. Petersburg Fl, I randomly stopped into Factory Five Racing on a Friday afternoon while passing through the town of Wareham. Mainly just planned on checking out the newly renovated showroom and grabbing a tshirt before leaving. Upon walking into the showroom my girlfriend and I were kindly greeted by Kyle J. at the front desk. I told him we were just in the area and thought to check it out briefly. He asked if I had any interest in owning or building a factory five vehicle, and when I told him no but my dad is currently in the middle of building his ‘65 MK5 and was here last year for a tour. Kyle quickly offered to give us a quick walk through tour of the ENTIRE place! Talk about unexpected and totally not necessary for him to take time out of his day to do! It’s amazing seeing the ins and outs of that production facility and seeing all the processes that are required to keep that place working! Huge shoutout to Kyle J. and keep up the great work you are working on!
Oh and for an added bonus, the owner Dave Smith was also giving a demo ride to another customer in one sweet blue MK5 and roasted some tires in the parking lot! Sick! 💪”

“I made an impulse buy on a very hot second-hand car that turned out to have issues. When it turned out to haver been a mistake on my part, Joel Casser of Volvo Cars Plymouth identified a more practical used vehicle and unwound the first purchase without hesitation or fuss. They were great. Joel Casser had the second car, a dual motor XC40 Recharge which already had two new tires, fitted with two more new cars and had a thorough inspection done. The inspection noted some vibration in the front end while accelerating. He had both front end axles replaced. There was no charge for any of this or for the new wiper blades. The car drove noticeably better and a future maintenance issue avoided. I did not have to make any requests. Joel was terrific to deal with - positive, focused on making the car right, and he was forthright and communicative. If I ever buy another car (unlikely as I am about to be 83) I will only buy from Joel and Volvo Cars Plymouth.”

“I had a great experience at this store! I was helped by both Quinn and Mark who were working at the same time. I had an issue with a battery that was located in a weird place-I have a kit car and the battery is awkward and very complicated-and both Quinn and Mark helped me put in a new battery and checked it for me to ensure that it was right and that it solved the problem I was experiencing. It was cold and rainy, and they went out of their way to look after a customer after I had already purchased the items they sold me. They could have stayed inside where it was warm and dry, but instead they both came outside to help make sure my car was safe to drive. Thanks guys! AutoZone should promote workers such as yourselves. -Josh-”

“I've been going to CCC for any bike needs since I started riding my old Honda 700 back when I was 15. Every experience with Anthony and Lumpy (RIP) has been exceptional. I bring my bike in with a job to do, they tell me how much, and the job is done usually a few days later unless there are big complications. I dont go anywhere for my bike service except Cape Cod Choppers. Do yourself a favor and come here for maintenance. Rest In Peace to the legend who is Lumpy ??”

“O'reilly's has become my go to place. I was a Zoner for many years but O'reilly's has what I need for my older cars, usually in stock. If they don't have it in stock they can usually have it the next day. I got a lower control arm for my wife's 2011 Chevy HHR at half the price of the other guys and it was there the next morning. I will drive the extra 9 miles to go to O'reilly's. On top of that, the people are so much more pleasant and helpful. Great place. Great people and competitive pricing.”

“I can not express enough how this Volvo svc center is so involved and looking out for the customers best interest. From the very 1st time I went to them for maintenance svc, they treat and communicate with you like they really care and you are a human, not a dollar sign. They didn't recharge me for an oil change or air filters that I had done elsewhere, they only charged me for what I did need to be done. I highly recommend going to this Volvo instead of any others, the prices are very reasonable and the customer svc is top notch. If they cost a little more I will still go to them, because being talked to and treated like a human being is high up on my list. Thank you thank you thank you Plymouth Volvo you guys rock!”

Jen and Chris have been extremely helpful and have kept me updated step by step the whole way, as well as make accommodations for a rental car.
