The worst Pharmacy in the area. Been trying to get my prescription filled for the last 28 days. Doc has sent same prescription in 3 different times. It's like this every month. Has nothing to do with insurance.

Finally got through to someone at the pharmacy. She was rude and downright mean.If she hates her job this much, she should probably consider another line of work.Will certainly be switching pharmacies because of her lack of respect, knowledge, and basic people skills.

I have been to different CVS locations in the area and this one is the best. I drive 40 minutes to get my prescriptions here because I am very particular with the brand I need, and they get my prescription right each time. I trust them. They are very pleasant to deal with, they work very hard, and they do not deserve the one star reviews.

This Hass to be the worst pharmacy in the area. I receive a text stating that the medications are ready to be picked up. Go to the store and waste time online to be told every month sorry out of stock. This location is the worst.

Always in a hurry very rude pharmacy don’t like the fact have to wait in drive threw for hours cause of testing Covid at window plus picking up meds exposed to Covid call ahead make sure your meds are filled properly elderly have to go threw drive threw there is one or two very polite people the rest are horrible

Staff at pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. If you need to pick up a prescription go to the drive thru. They tend to ignore the people who actually get out of their vehicle and go into the store.

Disappointed that this is the only option for pharmacy services in town now that Sedells is gone….always a long line, always seem to have issues trying to fill medicines. Decided I was better off driving to Plymouth to Walgreens to get my medications etc and have only had one issue there thankfully!! Wish CVS would get it together so we could stay in town but for now, I am going to keep going to Walgreens.

I had an appointment at the minute clinic at 11:10am. I got there at 11. There was 1 person waiting ahead of me. I had to leave at noon so I left without even being seen. Won't go here again.

This pharmacy and staff are rude, drove there 3 times to get prescription with fuel so expensive this is very inconsiderate. When asked why I didn't call the first time I arrived O told them I did multiple times, girl at drive thru said oh our phones must not be working.... complete bs they never answer phones ask any resident in carver. She looked like a deer in headlights. The male pharmacist is a little a****** has smoother hands than my wife Smh try busting your a** in the cold every day doing manual labor than going to get your prescriptions only to be talked to rudely. I will never go back to this cvs. You all SUCK.

Note that they only score 2.8 out of 5 and I gave them a one because there is no zero. Customer service is lacking and the competence of the pharmacist has to be questioned. 12/23/2021 at 2:45 pm I went to pick up my Rx and once the clerk handed it to me and told me the price I said something was wrong. It was to be for a 30 day supply, not 90. Then I was told, "That's the way the prescriber wrote it." Sorry they were wrong, absolutely wrong. I rechecked with my prescriber, there was only one Rx there and for 30 day supply. I was there for my refill so I knew it was wrong. There is more to this story, it only gets worse, but this is enough. INCOMPETENT AND RUDE - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS "0".
