Always seems to be forgetting the small things. You order a medium ice coffee with cold foam and it'll come without cold foam. You order a bacon avocado toast and don't get the bacon. It's always a hassle when you have to get a refund through the app because it takes a week or longer to get resolved.

Love this Dunkin'. I'll typically come here twice a week. It gets busy as they're right off the highway. The way the parking lot & drive-thru are set up, there is usually plenty of room to park & drive out even if it is busy with the drive-thru line backed up. The staff do their best to get everyone in & out while providing great customer service. I use mobile ordering & never have issues with my orders. Food usually comes out nice & hot - sometimes the wake-up wraps aren't assembled the best, but I can fix that myself. One time, they didn't have the ingredients to make the chai latte I wanted, so they suggested an alternative with what they did have & threw in 2 free donuts for the inconvenience.

Lady in takeout has a problem with doordashes. I walk in and say good morning, I have a delivery for (customer name) guy came with a drink and told me he was taking care of the rest so it will be awhile. A lady came up and told me to give it back so I gave to her. Then she gives me third degree that "you people not get your hands on food". I told her I understand because I see a lot of crazy things but I assure you that I have no interest in eating customers food. She takes her time with order and admitted she doesn't speed up for anyone and how she should be shared with tip because she prepped it. I told her I work retail and didn't like the way she treated the trainee. She snatched order off his hand. I just hope that she doesn't treat customers this way and I don't want this to continue. Other than that, Dunkin donuts is great and love their new pecan iced latte ?

They just don't get it! Three times in a week my coffee was not prepared correctly. On the one occasion I complained I was called 'rude' and told to go elsewhere. There's another Dunkin 2.5 miles away, just over the town line with Plympton; take the drive.

It's dunking. Not sure how I can rate this place however, I must say the staff was excellent in my situation. Bought coffee and dropped the entire cup by accident and they provided a new cup, no charge. Good ppl do exist. ?

I asked for a matcha latte with less ice, and I was handed a latte that was 2/3 filled with foam. When you spend over $5 for a drink, there is an expectation to actually have a full cup of the product. What a complete waste of money. Go to the Honey Dew across the street.

The older woman at the drive thru window was rude. I said my order was wrong and her response was “you know, people just need to talk louder”. How about “oh sorry it was a miscommunication, sometimes it’s hard to hear through the speaker, can I remake that for you”. It’s literally customer service. If you’re going to catch an attitude because someone got my order wrong, maybe find a new job.

Arguably the slowest dunks in Massachusetts. Over 20 minutes for a couple of coffees and breakfast sandwiches is comical. They have absolutely no idea how to balance in store customer with drive though customers. A true disgrace to the franchise.

I got ripped off :(I have a very simple order, one coffee with two shots of espresso and a bagel. I stool waiting for a while and some older man jumped in front of me to make sure he could get the next drink first even though he ordered after me. I think he actually took my drink but when the lady saw that I was confused she asked me what my order was and I said uh I got a coffee and two shots of espresso. I brought it all the way home to open the cup and see a light coffee that had obvious creamer. It wasn't strong at all so I didn't get my espresso. I'm very upset at how much money I wasted on a weak coffee

Strongly encourage you to go elsewhere. Staff did not fulfill order accurately, when asked to correct it , attitude was given, food was cold, watered down iced coffee. Not worth your time. $35 order of waste
