Cvs minute clinic used to be amazing. You could literally run in, get taken care of in 15 mins and go on your way. Now, you log in and it's like "Thank you, the next appointment is in 3 days". Pointless.

Awful experience. The whole set up is very dystopian. Waiting room was filthy; weird residue on the floor, infested with ants and other bugs. I had to keep moving during my wait because BEETLES kept flying onto me. I stayed to be seen (I know, I'm silly, glutton for punishment.) They had no idea what I was there for despite making the specific appointment online. They had all my insurance info but they refused to administer the vaccine I came there for because "it may have a substantial cost". They didn't bother to run my insurance or even calculate the true out of pocket cost. Instead, they offered me another standard vaccine but they didnt have it in stock. Then I was just kinda left there, sitting in the room with them, and I ushered myself out. It was an awkward DISGUSTING waste of time.

I called to find out how much it would be seen. I told them what was going on, and the woman on the phone gave me a price. So my husband and I drive the 30 minutes to the minute clinic just to sit there and have no one help us. Come to find out you need an appointment. So glad the woman that I talked to on the phone mentioned that!

I took my son for a strep throat and Covid test here. Both our nurse and NP were friendly, caring and thorough. In and out in a half hour. It was a good experience and I will use them again.

Had an appointment for 11:30 and was sent a text to be there 10 minutes early. Got there early and waited until 12. Tried to call but you can't get a hold of them. Went inside and saw my name as the next patient. Waited a few minutes and then there was an updated 2 hour lunch. They never reached out to me and they canceled my appointment without even notifying me. Really unprofessional.

This was well run. You make an appointment and show up at the pharmacy drive thru on time. They hand you a kit with a nasal swab. I dropped mine and was given another. You insert the swab into both sides of your nose as far in as a line on the swab, swirl it a bit and then put it in a plastic bag. After breaking off the handle and put it in a collection box. I got my results online in two days. It was negative thank goodness. Having something like this available for free on the south shore even if you are not symptomatic is a wonderful gift

Went there twice with fever above 102 and all symptoms of the strep throat and twice tested negative. Went to the minute clinic in Kingston the same day and it was positive. It happened twice bare in mind. Not only I wasted $200 but also 4h of my life as it took the doctor forever to go through vitals etc, but when she was taking the sample from my throat with the swab, she barely touched my tonsils and it took her a second. I was ‘unlucky’ twice, will not go there ever again.
