“They are very good there and always help me out when my veterinarian is being difficult. There is one particular employee there that stands out. Her name is Kristina, she is the most friendly, cheerful and welcoming person ! She seems to remember us when we go to pharmacy, and she is very genuine so you know she really wants to help. There are so few people like her these days, most everywhere I go I seem to get rude, snippy people. She is truly an asset to the pharmacy, she's a gem.”

“Having had consistent terrible customer service experience from CVS at Target in Wareham and forced to 'check in' using a kiosk (not EVER being able to go up to the desk and ask to speak to somebody), and finally whenever I called CVS, always going through an automated system that NEVER allow me to speak to a real human (instead you're forced to leave a message no matter WHAT time of day you call) - I am SO SO SO pleased with Walmart pharmacy in Wareham. I recognize being a pharmacist or pharmacy tech is VERY busy and hectic...however, props to the pharmacy manager at the wareham walmart pharmacy branch. You have won new customers and we continue to rave about the positive experiences we have with you all. Thank you for making pharmacy visits 'human' again for us.”

Their pride for the store shows with how well they keep it clean and the trouble they go through to make sure that all of their customers have the best experience. “I’ve been a customer here for going on 10 years! I was shocked to see the low reviews this week when I searched CVS to call about an RX. I have had nothing but awesome interactions with this amazing staff! The pharmacy team had gone out of their way for me on multiple occasions to fill things quickly. They’ve called around to find things I need. They’ve checked in on me when I was panicking about my fertility RX not arriving in time. I can’t imagine how stressful their jobs are normally, and especially with how busy this location is. This team gets a 10/10 and I’ll still come here when we move even though there’s another pharmacy closer ???”

“Never open on Sunday’s on time EVER . Always 5-10 min behind opening displayed hours .
Nice people that work here - should change the hours if they can’t open timely .
Retail requires this .
Or maybe the corporate level should pay their employees better to be open on time .
Because if salary in the pharmaceutical world means late open it’s a disservice to customers”

“On the night of Christmas Day at around 9pm-11pm, I was experiencing a dental emergency. This is the only 24hr pharmacy, and I was in so much pain I was nauseous. My dentist wasn’t able to get the prescription for an antibiotic through, but the pharmacy lady wearing Maroon Scrubs was so beyond helpful. This woman told me what to take from the aisle to help with my specific symptoms She was the only honest health professional in this entire ordeal, and now I am much better. Not all heroes wear capes, most of them work the night shift on Christmas.”
