Stopped by today a little before 1pm on 9/13. Paid almost 30 bucks and none of the side brushes were working. Needless to say, I certainly didn't get a good wash. Likely not to go back. Not to mention the attendant giving ridiculous hands signals. He's not landing a plane just lining up vehicles.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your car wash. On Saturday, August 16, 2025, I visited your establishment and was immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to even keep my car window open while waiting. The smell was truly disgusting, almost making me feel ill.
Despite the initial impression, I decided to proceed with the car wash, hoping the smell was an isolated issue. However, after the wash, I found that not only was my car still not clean, but the foul odor from the water used in the wash permeated my vehicle. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service and the condition of my car after the wash. This was truly the worst car wash experience I have ever had.

Paid 30 dollars for the Diamond wash with ceramic coat on my truck, my rims look like they never got touched which I don’t even think he hit it, same with the my tailgate, never saw the employee use the bug be gone. Plus watching the employee wash the car in front of me he only hit one side of the back of the customer car. My truck looks like a 10 dollar wash job instead of a 30 dollar job. Never go back there again.

Not professional whatsoever! This was my first and last time coming here. I paid $23 for a wash and wax just to get splashed in my face and the inside of my car. I paid the guy for my wash and was waiting to get my card back meanwhile a young man is starting to clean the exterior and wasn’t paying attention that I still had my window down waiting on my card and soaked me. Doesn’t offer me towels to dry myself or the inside of the car! 😡 at least he said he was sorry.
