I went there because I needed air in my tires. Not only did they not help...the mechanic told me to get the F out! Highly recommend a boycott or his job.

Jason is a stand up guy. When you find a mechanic who does good work and you can trust you stick with them. He calls and goes over options and never pressures you to do more than is necessary.

I have been going there for years and have always found that they are sticklers for the rules. This is great, considering car safety standards are important for everyone's safety on the road. However, I have found that they are getting stricter and more nitpicky each time I go. Today, they rejected my car because a few things were "almost" at an unsafe level. They are inconsistent and when asked about the specific parameters for why my car was rejected, he couldn't tell me. He just said "well it's close". My father is a mechanic and was the one the point this out to the staff there and they were again, unable to answer any of his questions about why my vehicle was failed. I will not be bringing my car back there again and if you want your car to pass, I'd recommend you follow suit. I'm all for a reject when warranted, but at least be able to back it up with a reason why when asked.

I got my car inspected here 9/30/22 and was told that my driver side amber light was out when they handed the keys back. I brought my car to my dealership on 10/10 and they said the bulb and connector were missing. This is the only place that has touched my car in the last 6 months since my last oil change at the same dealership.
