“Erick, was professional, courteous, friendly and honest. He kept me informed of what time he might be at my house. He finally arrived at 7pm I felt bad for him because this was a very long day. He came in tested my refrigerator and gave my options. Which was pay for a repair on a refrigerator that was 13yrs old with no guarantee that something else won't go in a few days or months or pay a little less for a new refrigerator. I will be looking for a new refrigerator. It's too bad that they don't make appliances last like they use to. I have a refrigerator that's from the late eighties and it is still going strong.”

“We had two screens delivered to Provincetown. One was wrong size and one had hole. I called the manager and they were sold out of the screens as was Hyannis. He tracked two down from Plymouth store and had them delivered to Provincetown. This is best customer service I have ever received from Home Depot especially for an item that wasn't a big ticket item!Thank you for caring!'n”

“Well, being married to a carpenter, he considers it a date when we go go to HD. What else can I say. He thinks HD should sell coffin kits.
Make it yourself, and he'll conduct the work shop. Who can afford a funeral home? Seriously, think outside the box the same goes to Lowes, another fav date.”
