I have been using Chalker Heating & Fuel since I relocated to Cape Cod many years ago. I have never had anything but a positive experience with them. Mark, Terry, and Crystal run the business, and all of them are a pleasure to work with. Chalker is one of the few oil service companies that offers a budget plan in my area, and I find that incredibly helpful. It is so nice to have a set monthly payment for ten months, than to be required to produce many hundreds of dollars to fill the tank when needed. Chalker is flexible with this budget, as well. If there is extra in your plan, you may use it to service your furnace, etc.. Chalker has serviced my oil furnace since before moving into my home, and they always do a great job. They arrive on time, do the work required, and clean the area when finished. All of the work is itemized, and priced competitively, or better. We have had Chalker in to add extra circulator pumps, add antifreeze to our system, and many other items, and each time they exceeded expectations. We have been so pleased with them, we passed their info on to our real estate friends to recommend them when clients ask for heating and oil companies. If you are looking for a new, or a change in oil provider and/or furnace servicing company, you couldn't do better than Chalker Heating & Fuel.Services: Heating system repair

Will keep this simple. Friend recommended Chalker for an AC installation so we had them in for a look at our home. Nearly 12 WEEKS later, was informed that their engineers fouled up their quote plus they were too busy to take on the job. The engineering delay was one thing but it would have been nice to know early on that they were too busy to take on our AC installation on one of the 5 follow up calls I made in order to line up additional bidders.

As a former employee I got to see the business from inside out. The owners are top notch. The office is run by intelligent and resourceful people. The individual or crew that comes to your house or business are some of the most talented and mechanical incline group I've been a part of. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been doing business with this company for over a decade. They have serviced numerous homes and boilers on my behalf. They have saved me more money than they have charged me in fuel. On numerous occasions when told by "other plumbers" that my equipment was broken, unserviceable or just not repairable, Chalker has fixed it with no mention of any of the above. These "unrepairable" and "unreliable" boilers have provided low cost issue free hot water and heat for 7 years now... Class act all the way.. you can't find many companies like this today.
