Staff is friendly and helpful and the service is good. Have not had a problem with them in any of my visits to the Cape.

Don’t recommend them if you have sensitivity to smell of dry cleaning chemicals. Owner was not helpful and said there is nothing he can do to help. I don’t recommend them!

The only reason I gave this guy one star is because I couldn't give him zero stars. Or negative stars. Why? Glad you asked. My wife and I had brought our winter clothes to him for storage. When we picked them up this fall most of the woolen sweaters and jackets had numerous moth holes that weren't there when we brought them in. We brought this to the owner's attention and he denied any responsibility, claiming the holes must have been there when we brought the garments in. This is patently ridiculous. The storage facility is in desperate need of an exterminator! Many of the damaged sweaters were cashmere and fine wool, and the owner refused to repair them or pay toward their repair. And his dry cleaning and shirt laundry is mediocre at best. Surely there is a better cleaner/storage facility on the Cape!

I opened a shirt cleaned by these folks and was surprised to see that there was a tear in the top front of the shirt. Someone at the cleaners had tried make a rough patch of the tear. As the shirt was new, I had it brought back and they stated that I must have torn the shirt and tried to sew it (I haven't sewn anything since the Army). Sorry, that is pathetic. No one touched the shirt but the cleaners. I have stopped using this business and would warn you to do the same.

This cleaner uses a third party for all their laundry and dry cleaning so turn around time is always 3-4 days and quality in inconsistent. Need to inform them EVERY visit for starch and crease (simple instructions). Customer experience always challenging and prices just not competitive

We have been regular customers for about 11 years and have always gone to them up until a bad incident. My husband brought his 100% wool pants to this place to be dry cleaned and when he got them back, they had shrunk tremendously. MyHusband returned and explained nicely about the situation and the man replied nastily how it wasn't their fault and insisted that it was our fault. These specific pants were very expensive and were ruined by these dry cleaners. Would not recommend.

Emilio and family run a great business. It's been fun to watch the business grow to 4 locations over the years...no wonder why! Highly recommended!
