Although I work here, I would like the rate this place 10/5 stars if I could. It all started on me picking up my takeout order in October 2022, I've been ordering from here for years & have always been a happy returning customer, I just so happen to need to pick up a part time job when I see a now hiring sign on their outdoor window. So ever since picking up my food in October 2022, I've been blessed to be able to indulge in their culture & really get to know the sweet loving owners & their family who also help out working at the restaurant. What brought me to write this review is the fact that not everyone is as sweet as they seem, but that's not the case with Vicky & her Husband, Ming. They've always treated me with such love & respect, always make sure I don't go home from work hungry. & also their smiles & kindness are super genuine. They've always been understanding in a few situations where I wasn't able to show up to work. Not only understanding but providing me & my loved ones food when we were sick, & nevermind the fact it's awesome having a boss that understands that life happens & doesn't make you feel like it's your fault when it does. The kitchen employees ALWAYS take sanitary precautions & take allergies VERY seriously, & they're also so sweet to me. Every time im walking in for my shift everyone greets me with a warm smile. I'm the only non Chinese person here as the rest of the workers are mainly family & except another non Chinese worker that's been here for a long time that currently works one day of the week (my day off lol). With that being said, although for the most part I'm the only non Chinese person here, they make me feel like part of their family :) I've never had a job that I feel so happy to come to every day, it never feels like work. & I can't thank vicky, Ming, & all the sweet loving customers enough for giving me the opportunity to have this job. It's such a honor to be able to work with my "Chinese family" ??????

Love the soup and the food is great. The staff is very nice and friendly. Their lunch specials are a great value!

First time ordering here, and I loved it. I place my order over the phone, super easy, and great customer service. Food was done fast, and it was delicious. I definitely enjoyed and recommend this place ?? ?

Great service, friendly and the food is excellent. The egg rolls aren't dried up reheated frozen. They're delicious and the rice is fresh and properly cooked. I recommend the Beef Terryiaki, chicken fingers, ginger chicken and the egg drop soup is fabulous. I've always ordered take out for dinner and enjoyed lunch

Why did they change their rice I use to love the rice before, it wasn’t brown n it tasted way better, some things are still ok there tho

Great customer service every time. Quick delivery and I. Store pick up. Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are happy and welcoming. 10 stars if I could !!!

I love this place - great take out - always a 15 minute pickup window except on crazy busy holidays. I love their chinese - best in the area in my opinion. Glad they are here and hope they never leave! I drive from Mashpee for their food!

horrible moo goo gai pan. the chicken was inedible being almost jellied and yes, slimy. one little piece of bokchoy and 2 pieces of pea pods. I don't know what they did to the chicken but I can't imagine any thing else being good.

We’ve ordered takeout from Great House multiple times and every time the food is fresh and delicious!! We do large orders and they’ve never made a mistake. My husband’s family is Chinese, and they all agree Great House has excellent food.
