Stay away! (TW: bedbug)
As many others, we were ok with the older look because of the price and its position close to the highway. Not worth it. It is not just the look, it is not well maintained.
While we were having breakfast in the room, we saw a bedbug on one of our bags. We ran out of there as fast as we could. I tried to warn the owner and he told me that it was our fault because we 'stay in so many hotels', all because we were cyclists. He did not know that we were at the first day of our trip... but the attitude lets me think they probably will not deal with the problem.
We stressed about the whole thing for days, and I regretted not cancelling the reservation when we arrived to go to one of the hotel and few minutes further away and pay a little bit more, but feel safe.

This place literally had mold growing on the ceiling that they clearly tried to cover with paint. My partner and I both have bad asthma and decided not to take the chance staying there. When we brought this issue to the manager’s attention he refused to believe us and refused to refund the money.

It is what it is. For a basic, cheap accommodation on the Cape look no further. Service is just fine. Older motel, but clean.

I genuinely don’t understand why people are giving this place anything higher than 1 star. I came to stay here for one night and to me 200 is still a lot. This place was the nasties place I ever stayed at. The bathroom had mold all over the shower curtains the bathroom floor was FILTHY and made my feet black. The carpets had stains ALL over them and the sheets were stained. We did not even stay the night we ended up driving home. This was a waste and I am highly disappointed. I will fight for my money back.

Anyone remember the old days, or go on a beach vacation as a kid? You probably stayed here or somewhere like it... Is it fancy? No. Is there a bit of dust? Probably... The rooms are plenty clean enough, you get a comfy bed, a door that locks, and a decent shower. Air conditioning is great! If you were hoping to find a luxury hotel for under $200, that's on you. Comfortable, no thrills. Thank you.

The room FAR outdid my expectations! Super comfy (new? ) beds, soft, cozy linens, the VIEW from our room at the end (i think it was 22?) Was like or own interactive artistic wall! Looking out to the turning lands of autumn. Such lush textures and shapes!

First off, if i could leave negative Stars, i would, but it makes you leave at least one... This has to be the absolute Worst hotel I have ever been to.... the rooms are terrible, they smell terrible and the bathroom looks like its from a horror movie!!! I would not be surprised if this place was featured on INVESTIGATION DISCOVERYS. I understand you get what you pay for, but i am playing less for a hotel 3.6 miles down the road, and it is great!!!.

Room was quaint and comfortable. Nothing fancy, affordable Room for a quick getaway. Room was clean and staff was very friendly.Rooms: Rooms are small and clean. Bed was comfy and water was hot. Nothing super fancy.

Terrible experience. Filthy and rude ownership. Won’t cancel a room that was booked online. Many other places to stay unless you have to.

This motel is located near highway 6 in Barnstable County, Massachusetts.
Rooms: Rooms should be cleaned and, in general, modernized.

Overall the experience was pretty horrible. We stayed for business and picked for the location. The rooms were obviously not cleaned (underwear was found in front of the bed and the showers had dirt in the tub). Location was central to what we needed for our business trip, but I'd choose to drive further for another hotel next time I find myself on the cape.

I have no diamonds for them stayed their the first two days of my vacation and they ruined it... BED BUGS had to spend over $400 at my house because they carry home in your luggage...

It was an ok place to be. Nothing insanely wrong with the room. Maybe could be touched up but otherwise still worth it
