“It should be noted that this location recently underwent new ownership, and the new owner is absolutely delightful. I have been in several times this summer and am always greeted with a smile. The store is no longer messy but tidy and organized. It's efficiently run, too. It wasn't horrible before, but the difference in customer service is noticeable and noteworthy. I was so sad when this location closed bc it's Uber convenient for online returns as she takes all sorts of carriers (UPS/FedEx, etc) so it's a one-stop shop. Please support this business and this new owner. She has worked hard to bring it back to life. It's a neighborhood gem!”
“I am not in MA, and I recently I bought a heavy (almost 40 pounds) antique traffic signal from a seller in MA. The signal has extremely rare glass reflectors and lenses - and metal and glass shipped together often results in a sad box of metal and shards at the destination. Not so with QP&S! The seller gave the QP&S staff my number so I could discuss how best to pack the signal. I spoke with Alex, who was very friendly and understanding of the details regarding my parcel (e.g., putting bubble wrap between the lenses and reflectors).. I could tell he was going to pack it as conscientiously as another avid collector might. They used FedEx Ground, which worked out great; a very fast ship and the box was well labeled and well-handled. So, this did all cost me a couple hundred dollars with insurance, but I paid it gladly, because any cost-cutting on a shipment like this would have been a huge risk of me having to spend the rest of my short life trying to track down replacement reflectors for a scarce 1930s traffic light.”
“Went in April 3rd had been away most of the winter, forwarded mail and then back again our.carrier Kim thoughtfully kept mail at office till we returned, the clerk on the desk was extremely helpful solving where our mail was. Thanks so much!!”

“Oh man! That Youtube video from "mryeester" showing this store trialing selling gaming PC parts + PC tech support is absolutely amazing! I never would've thought that Staples would dive their feet into those waters but goodness this location absolutely rocks it with all of that. PLEASE expand this to more Staples stores across the USA! I know in Connecticut where I'm actually from, we can really use this from you all since we don't have a Micro Center and we had a Best Buy store go out of business with the leftover ones looking like they're going to follow suit. Not having any kind of "total tech support" for our custom high-end PCs sounds like a nightmare and again, we would love this new thing from you all to expand!”
“INCREDIBILE service!! I’ve gone in to ask about a package and the nice man went out of his way to call the mailman. ALSO our mailman (I believe his name is Paul) is an amazing worker and human. He knows we have a new puppy and will leave the pup a treat if we’re not there to get our mail ; today he left the packages next to the door with a milk one dog treat and I was just overjoyed. Thank you SO much to Yarmouth postal services!”
“We went into this post office to get stamps for wedding invitations. We arrived 10min before the office was supposed to close. The front worker and postmaster stayed well after closing to help us. They were both very kind. Best service we’ve received on the Cape!”
“I just tried to call the post office in Forestdale, MA as I had previously requested that our date of change of address be changed from 79 Circle Drive, Port Orange, FL 32127 to P.O.Box 123, asking that it be changed from April to June 1st as we are staying at our FL addess until June 1st because of the virus situation but it appears that the mail is not being forwarded to FL from MA. Therefore I am requestingonce again that the mail continue to be forwarded to FL until June 1st. Please do send any mail sent to Forestdale MA be sent to our FL address until June 1st. Thank you. “I will plop a 5 star review down here. I really do not know what many of these people are complaining about... IF you NOTICE many many of the 1 star (and those who wish 0 was an option) were from the December timeframe of 2020. Really, why were you not shopping local stores? Ill provide a hint, UPS delivers Businesses first, Residential SECOND. Delays may to be because weather on Cape Cod, but could be in ANY city you ordered or your package progresses thru. Also, UPS has had the SAME issue hiring people as EVERY other business. Oh, and if you don't want your package left in the rain.... leave a BAG under a rock or between the doors for them to use.... my driver uses them all the time when I leave them. thank You for putting up with garbage during these covid times and internet shopping has gone up 33% in 2020. -- wonder what it was in December of 2020”
