What a gem! Zoar Books & Gallery is pretty extraordinary—it was even mentioned in Yankee Magazine several years back!If you are one of those people who has driven past this used bookstore on Zoar Rd hundreds of times without stopping, do yourself a favor and stop on your way through next time. The owner Dale is wicked nice and his collection of books is profoundly organized. It is quite a special experience and you won’t be disappointed.In the spring and summer months, the open flag is always waving, but in the late fall and winter months, the store hours vary and it’s best to call and schedule a visit—cash only!
