As a former employee, I won't say that the school is quite as bad as these students are saying. I will say though that working conditions are not that great. If the school is going to survive they will need to do something about their management practices. There is a good reasons why the good employees always leave.

Their employees are not too nice , delay in reply, always late fees, you call in a snowy day no one pick up or notify you that there is or there is no school ... Lots of deficit in the management. But beside that they have flexible schedule which is good.
