While there was some construction going on, making things difficult to find, the staff were very helpful and willing to assist, even with a lot of work on their plate. One location is becoming a favorite due to the friendly and helpful staff. Despite some negative press, one employee, Maddie from the Pharmacy, was praised for her understanding and professional handling of complicated prescription matters. However, not all experiences were positive, with one customer noting the lack of friendliness, though the jobs (vaccination and flu shot) were completed.

I have never had a more rude, condescending, or unhelpful experience at a CVS than at the Pharmacy here. I had a problem with a prescription and rather than offer help, the technician said it was my fault. I will never use this location again.

CVS keeps sending me emails from Bunker Hill, MA. I live in Plymouth, MA. Can’t get response from CVS. what a cra pay system they’re running!
