“Great pricesI absolutely love the dollar store because you can get absolutely everything for dollar I love getting my paper plates in my plastic forkware here.Holiday decorations are great for here as well as picking up any kind of card you would need for somebody I love the foot flops in the summer when they come out and I adore the hair section and the makeup section. This place is great and I love it”

“For a 1$ store it’s great. People complaining is ridiculous. They aren’t always the fastest but for a dollar, they are just fine. Some people complain about everything, if it was free they would still complain!”
“Spanish/////I give it four stars because we went here and it's very good because it has a lot of technology things and it also has a very good manager but the cashiers who are like from Jamaica or Haiti don't seem to be good because a gum dispenser didn't want to give me anything, so I asked them to return what they took my gum from and she didn't want to, she was laughing. She said she didn't know but at the end the friendly manager arrived and just told us that we had to twist the stick So when we turned it over, it didn't come out and she said, bring more free chewing gum. And if the owner of this dollar sees this, please fire the workers who are from Jamaica, Brazil or Portugal, they are the worst cashiers I have ever met and sometimes they charge more. of what it is and they are angry about taking the money and of course the nice lady was a very kind lady from Asia :)

“We went to a Dollar Tree store today and we found a lot of great deals. The manager of the store was waiting ? since employees didn't show up to work yet, mind you it was already 10.30am but she was really nice and very helpful. The store is in Everett, MA kudos for the great customer service ? ?”
“Clean, well organized Dollar Tree store. I stopped in here to get some bath products and their selection was good and plentiful....I guess with any dollar store, it all depends on when you visit and if the truck had just delivered the day before...that is usually the best bet for selection.I usually ask the staff what day of the week do they get deliveries and most of the time, they tell me (usually twice a week)...sometimes....they just don't know...Most items are $1.25, but nothing is OVER that price point.”
“I didn’t know Dollar Tree carried books? Like not just children’s books. Found a copy of A Burning by Megha Majumdar (large print edition) for a $1.33 (tax included). Seriously incredible. Not sure if it’s just this branch but will definitely go digging in the book section from now on.”

“A couple of weeks ago, Kathy and Yuleisy provided excellent customer service! They both helped me find some balloons and filled them up with helium! I was panicking because I thought I was not going to be able to find the balloons I needed for my event. However, both of these ladies provided awesome customer service with their patience and a great attitude. They officially saved my day! “I wish I took a picture. This is the best dollar tree I’ve ever been too. It’s super clean, the shelves are stocked full and the STAFF everyone of them said hello, how are you, have a great day! “EVEN ON A DAY LIKE TODAY YOU COULD ACTUALLY ENJOYLIFE. UPON WALKING IN TO THE STORE I WAS ASTONISHED THAT IT WAS FRIGGIN EMPTY. GIVEN THE FACT IT WAS 746AM COULD HAVE PLAYED A ROLE. I fully took advantage of this blessed window of opportunity, usually it's a mad house in there. DON'T EVEN GET ME GOING.... The staff ,when they have time like today,are more than helpful, they know that place like the back of their head.Also the choices of all the different products,then there are 10 at least, more brands to choose from what I r looking for. “This is a very unprofessional place with workers who don't really seem to care, with a few exceptions of very kind and welcoming employees. This place has been ripping me off since I started going there (since it was the only convience store near me. Every time I would buy something from them, 70% of the time, the item would ring up as a completely different price (always higher by at least 50 cents) than what it would say on the price tag. For example, just now, I went in there to buy syrup. It said $2.50. They charged me $3.60. As a person who is already struggling financially, I'm really pissed off. And most of the time, there's only one cashier, even when there's a line going through the aisle. This all needs to stop.”

“Today, I visited the Dollar Tree Store on the Lynnway in Lynn, MA and was pleasantly surprised! This store has been horrible the last couple of years...dirty, empty shelves (because the items were on the floor)...terrible! I shopped elsewhere. New Management at this Dollar Tree has improved my shopping experience 100%. It was tidy and the employees were kind and helpful! If you had a similar experience in the past, I urge you to give them a second chance...you will be glad you did!!!”

I will inconvenience myself to travel to the opposite side of the city to specifically shop here because not only is it immensely clean and organized (which makes for a stellar shopping experience) but in addition the staff is super nice and helpful. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Roxanne who was happy to help me which was makes my efforts to shop here again all the while better.
