The proctor did not show up and the exam center was closed. Me and several other test candidates waited outside in the cold with no notification of closure or indication of what to do. It took 3 calls to customer service for them to locate my account and exam and even then they could not do anything.

I give this place 4 stars because the young man (Amantio I believe?) at the front is very nice and respectful. He deserves a raise for sure! The place alone is hard to find since it’s in the way back of the building.

Took the LSAT here in September 2026. I was concerned about all the 1 star reviews, but I found that the staff were very professional and the facility was new and nice. Cold in the room though—bring a sweatshirt!
