Beyond unprofessional there was 20 people all waiting for 2 hours to take their tests and no one showed up nobody bothered to call or email. Why have dates and times available if your not going to show up?

Awful experience! The place smells, my exam was schedule for 1:15pm and they were running late, I started after 3:45pm and rude staff.
