Baystate Mobile Vet has truly outdone itself with its stunning new location on the campus of Overlook in Charlton! The facility is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional, with incredible details like separate dog and cat exam rooms to minimize stress on animals and owners alike. AND there is ample parking for added convenience!
What makes Baystate stand out even more is that, despite the new location, all the qualities that made this practice exceptional are still in place. The staff remains as caring and compassionate as ever, providing expert, knowledgeable care for my furry family members (2 dogs, ages 4 and 14). If you're looking for top-notch veterinary care in a gorgeous, welcoming setting, Baystate is the place to go!

Another amazing visit at Baystate!! I can not thank their staff enough for the constant kindness and compassion that they continue to give. Our GSD struggles at the vet but Baystate has always guided us on how to create the best visit possible. I would recommend Baystate to anyone looking for a safe, educated and compassionate care. Special thanks to Dr and Amanda, although each and every staff member is delightful.

my familys great Dane, Mr.K recently was brought there from Sutton Ma, because no one in Massachusetts would take him. Bay State took him in immediately and they got him in. He did pass away but they gave us his cremation as a gift!! Thank you so much baystate we appreciate you and I bet Mr.K appreciates u in heaven!!

The staff at Bay State mobile veterinarian services are the best they are always caring and take great care of your pet and any questions you may have. Our dog honey has been going there for care her whole 13 years of life. They are just awesome.

Dr Carolyn is the best! She's taken care of many dogs for me over the years so this is difficult to share.The operation has changed. They no longer offer mobile van service, or perform surgery. Their referral surgeon no longer excepts their patients, so there are few options for a serous issue. All they seem to offer now is a wellness checkup service, and if you haven't seen them for a while because your animals are healthy, you're second class citizen. I wish they would go back to the 3 person, full service, personalized needs model they started. Until then, they are just another me-to wellness office. Pleeeeease go back to what you started.

Moved from the borough's. Looking for a vet don't know the area. Called couple of places they said they are too busy. Mind you I don't need an appointment for months. Emailed and called Bay State mobile vet services, suddenly I had an appointment set in under 24 hours for the puppies check up in a couple of months. Looking for a new vet call Bay State they can even come to you!
