“This was my 3rd time visiting the was with my Corvette, I just came mostly for the undercarriage spray to clean the salt off... shortly after the machine sprayed on the soap it seemed to malfunction, before I could even call Pepin's for help someone came out and took care of the issue, they diagnosed the trouble and even upgraded me to the highest priced wash ($22 Value) without me even asking. I got washed and left without an issue after that. Huge thanks to the kind and courteous woman who helped me out!”
