Update 2/2/22: It’s been 3 days and no word from these people about my online application. Luckily, I found a new bank. I just requested to cancel my application with these people and I better get my deposit back! Don’t bank with these people. You won’t get to talk to a person in the branch nor do the call center people care about their jobs. Just look at all the other 1 star reviews for this place and their other locations, it speaks for itself. Oh and don’t buy their fake responses either they are not genuine they just want to make it look like they care, but they don’t!1/31/22:I submitted an application on line and it is still not “reviewed” because there are a lot applications in front of me. Ridiculous how many people do they have working that they can’t even get an application reviewed. I’ve dealt with other banks who get applications reviewed way quicker than these people. It should not take over 24 hours to review an application! If your company responds back with call our customer service department, don’t bother because that’s who I’ve been dealing with this whole time. They are of no help!

My boyfriend and I deposited our checks and the woman put his check into my account and my check into his account. The last time we went there we were questioned on the legitimacy of our paychecks. This place is ridiculous and full of people who have no idea what they are doing.

After the bank did a hard credit check without permission from me and my wife spoke with the Sr VP of Banking asking if we still wanted to do a mortgage? Are you kidding me?!? Kate Bolte was unprofessional is an understatement, would you like to listen to the voicemail?

Absolutely pissed off at the loan agent who has NO knowledge and ran our credit without approval! Also had no answers for the questions we asked! Thanks now you did a hard credit!!! We are closing all accounts and stopping direct deposit. Thanks for hitting our credit we work very hard for our score! Kate Bolte has little if any knowledge on mortgages.

I just went in today for a loan and the most helpful employee named Nada Kanaan helped me. I really liked that she was very friendly and a people person. She guided me through the steps of the loan, documents needed and also answer my questions In regards to other products and services from the bank, she was very Knowledgeable. Really great customer service and patience when it comes to customers with many questions and doubts. I give this bank and Nada's customer service a FIVE STAR rating.

The service from Cornerstone has been amazing during the recent crisis in this country. I've felt like I'm in an advertisement for how banking should be. Heather Dumais made the application and approval for the PPP Loan efficient and seamless. Sabrina Webb went above and beyond, staying late one day to ensure the paperwork got where it needed to go and helping make the drive thru experience faster by getting items I needed prepped before getting there. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and dedication during these challenging times!

The cashiers are so courteous. The deposits go through quickly. Marisha, especially, goes over and beyond for her customer base at the Sturbridge branch. Extremely good business account offerings also. Recommend for all to use

Called in for a double charge on my account for an order I didn't make twice on and all I was told is to contact customer service and wait. So I did, through email which is the only way. No response from them. I received the 2nd package of the order I clearly didn't want, so I called the bank again and all they said was well if you want your refund send it back. Well duh, clearly. But what you dont get is I'm spending more money on a 2nd package I didn't order so I want my full refund. I felt like the bank should of handle this for me or at least help me out more. But I guess people cant do their job right so here I'am leaving a review because I'm a customer who's not satisfied.
