After recently purchasing a new vehicle for my wife at a different dealership, a process that took over 6 hours, I was not looking forward to having to look for a new truck. At McGee GMC it was the exact opposite experience, and I couldn't have been more thankful!
They had a Toyota Tundra on the lot that I had been looking for a while. I reached out through their website at night, and had an email that morning letting me know they still had it and when I could come in to test drive it.
I had the pleasure of working with Stefan, who made the entire process a breeze. I also had my 4 yr old son with me, and Stefan was always checking on him, giving him high fives, got him some snacks and juice, he made him feel like part of the whole process.
The rest of the process was a breeze, no hassle, and seamless transition into the new vehicle. We test drove the truck at 9:30am, I was driving off the lot by noon, and really a large junk of that time was me running to the bank to grab a certified check. By the time I got back from the bank they had the truck ready to go.
We came in a week later to grab the registration and get the inspection sticker done. We were greeted the same by Stefan and the staff as when we initially came in to buy the truck. That is what truly sealed the deal in my experience at McGee GMC, and going forward will look to do my future car buying experiences with them!

I went to buy a Jeep in Springfield, and Bertera couldnt make it work. I found one at McGee the following day and everything fell into place. Ive bought many cars in my life and it was the very first time I drove off the lot the very same day with my vehicle. That has never happened. Plus, my Bruno approves.
