To be completely honest. I really appreciate the honesty, the price, and the fast pace this company provides. This the second time I’ve used them and never a disappoint. They treat like family and give you the best options for circumstances. Hands down in the mass area Sean and the SDL crew are well worth the call. And they don’t make you wait forever. I broke down on the side of the road . Call the number in google. Shawn got there 2 hrs later just to sprayed some stuff to my filter , he said that I had to take my truck to the dealership. Force me to pay him for not doing anything. I told him no. Paying for no work and the truck was the same . Shawn got mad and slammed the door to my face and cuz me out and left. He scare me. I won't be using there service ever again.

My daughter was driving from Boston to New Jersey when she got a flat tire on I-91 around 6:00 PM on a Sunday. Every tire shop we contacted was already closed. Fortunately, I found SDL Road Service listed as a 24-hour service on Google. I called the number and Sean answered right away. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring, offering guidance and making it clear he was ready to assist no matter the time.
My daughter arrived at his shop around 6:30 PM and immediately felt safe and welcomed. Within just 30 minutes, her tire was fixed and she was back on the road to New Jersey. I truly couldn't have asked for better service — professional, kind, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Only review you need to read I had a leaking pinion seal on my rear differential he replaced the seal. Obviously he didn’t correctly repair it whatever little step he forgot did not seal properly IT LEAKED ALL OIL OUT THE NEXT MORNING!!. The job was so poor. It didn’t even stop leaking for 24 hours. causing me to blow my rear differential in New York City $2000 tow $8000 repair. since he almost put me out of business, here is his consequence
And last, but not least even from the first phone call this guy was extremely disrespectful, rude, and arrogant!!

Unbelievable road service! Polite men, let me stay warm in their truck while they repaired my alternator and belt. Will 100% be calling them again when i break down in Mass again.
