Paula the post master is condescending and dismissive I have my dogs in a fenced in area and this morning they were there when the postal truck pulled up to my house. I was also in the fenced in area sitting in a chair and the lady never even got out of the truck. Then the leave a notice and say they didn’t drop our mail off because my dogs chased her and she had to hide for cover in the truck. None of this happened…. Maybe next time you decide to make up an excuse to not have to walk up the driveway on a 100 degree day to drop off packages pick a house that doesn’t have cameras in the front and can prove your story to be false! Craziness then when I tell the post master Paula she acts like I still did something wrong lol

Worst mailman experience over 7 years and post office is so rude. This is an elderly home they are treating this way !!

Can't deliver Amazon packages to someones front door, they like to cancel deliveries 24/7.No virtue or critical thinking skills were found. Must be low-wage disappointments to their parents.Must be like... really really hard to find a house when there's only 20 buildings in this little town. Sooooooooooo Hard!

I thought I’d leave a positive review, based on the below reactions.I went inside today, and Clerk 12 (forgot to grab his name) helped me find an appropriate P.O. Box for my business. In the meantime waiting for the manager to get us keys, he politely and quickly waited on other customers so as to not hold up the line. He repeatedly checked on status and me during this time, as did the manager who was covering both locations in Charlton.

This post office is horrible, they are always losing our mail or delivering the wrong mail to our house. We complained several times and have even gone far as contacting Rep. Neal. Things get better for a little while then the problems start again. I have no idea why they can't get their act together.

Yea, so where is it - it's 5 PM and a package that was "out for delivery" at 8:05 AM plus the items on my daily Informed Delivery Daily Digest were not delivered either. Just another routine day for deliveries:(

Postman would not deliver mail because he couldn't get to it due to the trash cans blocking them. Do they look like they're blocking anything to you? He's not going to last the winter. My wife went on to get our mail. Lady gave some letters and threw away the slip while saying “someone must've picked up the packagesâ€. Uh no! Wife asked her to go check again. Post lady came back and said she couldn't find them. Wife asked if I picked it up and I said no. Wife told post lady she wanted to file a lost package claim. The post lady with attitude both verbal and gesturally went back and got 3 packages! Did I mention there were 3!! Incompetence by both delivery and at desk.
