The staff at the Charlton branch always go out of their way to assist in my banking needs I appreciate that they make an effort to remember my name and greet customers with a genuine smile. It’s a comfort to know I can call and talk to a familiar face.

I worked with the extremely competent and helpful AVP Branch Manager, Alycia Dzik, to secure a Mass Save loan. Alycia was able to help me over the phone (on a Saturday I may add) while serving customers in person. I was able to secure the loan and receive the checks (via mail) from Alycia within 7 days. Alycia and her staff are AMAZING!!!! If you can dream it they can lend it. Webster First Federal Credit Union has made a world of difference for our business and finances. I can not say enough about this financial institution. When you leave their offices you feel like a better person !
