Owner/manager so pushy and talked to her staff (who all seemed very nice) in a rude and condescending manner. Forced staff to follow customers around and bug them. Swim wear seems to be overpriced Shien. So many cute shops with a much better shopping experience in town.

The owner of this store should not be working in a customer service/ people based industry. She is known for gossiping and talking about customers (while they’re in her store mind you) behind their backs or simply to their faces. I’ve also picked up on unsafe store management practices. I bought a bathing suit and found the EXACT same one on shein later that day for a much cheaper price. I’ve also seen some odd stains on some of the dresses while browsing. Overall, it does not seem like a healthy or safe environment, and I feel bad for the employees working under her. This is my first review ever. As you can see, I feel strongly about this. Please avoid.

Visited Chatham this week with my wife. In town we stopped by several chic (expensive) clothing stores which were very nice. In 2 of the several we visited we were told (warned) not to visit All Points Beautiful, we thought this was unusual seeing how both stores offered this warning without any prior discussion or natural segue. I won't share the opinions of other store owners as they were very troubling, but they seemed to have been at war with one another. Just wanting to see the reason for this, Cheryl and I went to All Points Beautiful and just looked around. When we got there we immediately saw what the other other store owners were talking about. As soon as we walked in, there were two people one older one younger who shadowed me and my wife, asking all sorts of questions about where we are from, where we are staying and if we know anyone in town. I thought this was a crime scene and we were being interrogated. Me and my wife both looked at each other from across the small store and both busted out laughing. Then we quickly thanked the two and walked out. Thumbs up all around to the other store owners when we passed them with big smiles, they knew we went into the store and were pleased to see we now know why there is such a negative sentiment toward this company. I cannot ever give a company 1 star so I would like to say that the store was laid out well and clean. But we will not be returning.

Went shopping with my wife here for a dress for a wedding. The owner, Ashley, helped us quickly, offering a variety of options and provided great service! Will make sure to stop here again next time we are in town!

Took my girlfriend here to buy her a birthday dress, ready to buy her whatever she wanted. I was killing time on my phone while she was shopping and chatting with a helpful employee asking what seemed to be normal questions, the owner rudely interjected.I was put off by the owner’s tone and attitude, but decided to let my gf shop and stepped out of the store. After a few minutes went back in to check on my gf, and caught the owner talking to an employee about her. As the owner hid her head in shame I told my gf we are leaving, despite her having a nice time shopping with the employees.After reading other reviews, and the owner’s reply to them. I assure you the only one “full of hate” is the owner of this store.Have never felt the need to leave a review until today.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. I went in here to find a birthday dress and got rudely talked to by the owner bc she said I was asking too many questions (?!)to a new employee (who was crushing it so no need to say anything??)I tried to look past the severe rudeness but my partner was there to witness and pulled me out. Thanks for making me cry on my special day.

I am not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, but my Mum and I had many great experiences during our many visits in the summer and fall. The owner went out of her way to chat to us even when there was a new shipment of clothes or she was about to close up for the day. She even spoke to us for up to half an hour about the town and some secret insider info that a tourist may not know. There are some really cute clothes and earrings which have proved to be really good quality over time. I would highly recommend shopping here!

I’ve been here on several occasions they have nice clothes. When ever I am there the workers are extremely rude, I asked to see the price of something was told the price and they took the item out of my hand and put it back, they were following me and my friends around the store as if we were going to steal, we were well dressed. They over charged us for bathing suites they had told us were 15 and wound up charging 25. When ever they talked to me they were extremely condescending, I wound up spending over 200$ in spite because they made it seem like I couldn’t afford the stuff in store

The store is so cute and has great clothes, but when I went in, the customer service was sub-par, specifically from the owner. She was rude and condescending to me and made me feel as if I was not wanted in the store. Additionally, when I nicely asked her to pet her dog she blatantly rolled her eyes at me, shrugged, and said "sure" in an exceptionally rude tone. If petting the dog was an issue, she could have nicely said "no" and given an explanation without being rude and I would have completely respected it. I understand that it is stressful to own a business but I do not think that gives anyone an excuse to be so forwardly rude as she was to me. I will not be coming back.
