Molly and Colin are both very helpful and friendly! Spaces are clean, convenient and easy to access. Love having the flexibility for extra storage space when summer guests arrive.

Our Guild has been using Chatham Sun Storage for about a year and we are all so pleased with this facility. Molly was very helpful in getting us all set up, and she now has a gentleman named Colin working with her. Color me impressed!! Colin actually phoned to let me know that there was a problem w our lock on one of our units and advised it should be checked as soon as possible. Wow!
We were hoping to find a larger unit and Molly let us know that a new building with climate control was in the works and we secured a larger unit as soon as it was completed. They even helped us transfer units without incurring excess costs.
We can’t say enough positive things about CSS. Excellent communicators as well!

This is the place to store in Chatham. I had my boat trailer there over the summer and rented a 5x10 unit that I could drive right up to to keep all our boating stuff like wake boards, tubes, life jackets - it was perfect to keep them out of the condo. We are looking to move to a house in Chatham in the coming year and I'm talking to the manager now about reserving a big unit in her new temperature controlled storage building as their main building is totally full.

The best customer service. Very polite and friendly. They return your call in a timely manner. I am really happy with their services. I mostly communicate with Molly. She’s the absolute best.

I absolutely love Chatham storage at 218 Meetinghouse Rd. in Beautiful, Chatham, Massachusetts. Molly, McGregor, the building manager was a delight to work with. The storage units are clean, temperature controlled and spacious. I needed to temporary store my belongings for over a period of nine months, and this was the perfect situation for me. The rates are good and fair… if you’re looking for storage in Chatham and the vicinity… This is the best storage facility I have seen yet! Thank you, Molly and thank you Chatham storage.
