I am destined to die alone, so I don't have much need for jewelry. That being said, I still have time to kill & am easily lured by Rankin/Bass inspired holiday signage. In this case, it was Sam the Snowman, from their 1964 Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Christmas special. Inside, there's a substantial collection of unique pieces & they also do custom work if you bring in something of your own that you need set.

Such a great jewelry store in Chatham on the Main Street. Stopped in after going to the wonderful bookstore next door & was very impressed by the unique and beautiful findings at this shop. I wound up getting a gorgeous, minimalist gold ring in the shape of a wave with a small diamond. Very reasonably & fairly priced. A great place to buy a locally-made souvenir to remember this special place.

Forest beach jewelers are a very trustworthy co.I just bought a beautiful ring there for my favorite person.They we’re kind and accommodating .They even cleaned about 20 pieces of jewelry which my favorite person was wearing at no charge ,I was embarrassed as my favorite person kept Peeling off items for them to clean.They we’re great about it,even excited for us and the great time we were having.I was born on cape and Steve is my jeweler ,he’s honest and fair and is a master jeweler ,not some front selling other peoples work .If he does sell a estate piece he backs it .That’s a good guy and a guy you can trust.

Barb and Steve go out of their way to help clients find or create just the right piece. In this age of impersonal, online click-shopping and national chain stores, it’s such a treat to find old-fashioned personalized service and high-quality products served up with integrity and a warm smile.

How the mighty have fallen. I can honestly say I'm incredibly sad writing this review. I love to support local businesses, and I have always supported Forest Beach, but the manner in which I have been treated lately has brought me to this. I used to love going in to the shop, the old manager and one of the goldsmiths were such a great pair. They knew who I was, what jewelry I had purchased in the past, what to suggest to my husband when he came in. It was a truly fun place to shop. Now the owner's wife is the manager? She is loud. She is rude. She is loathed by many in town. So with that, the store has become a shell of its former glorious self. I really hope they hire someone who understands the importance of customer service and when they do, I hope I will be able to update this review.Response to your apology: It's not that I wasn't recognized. I wrote my review because you are consistently rude to people. I came in wearing a mask, it can be difficult to recognize anyone with a mask on, that is not your fault. What is on you is you just don't seem to care about who you offend. I have friends who simply asked a question about a repair and you berated them. My mother is afraid of you because you have been so rude to her and her friends and word travels in this small town of ours. Steve, genetic or not, your wife is known in town to be extremely rude, I've heard all the excuses you've made over the years. STOP!!! There is no excuse for her behavior.

I was visiting the Cape with friends for the day and decided to drop in and see what the store had to offer. The store has charm and seemed friendly.I was greeted warmly and was allowed to browse. I have my eye on a few pieces and when I'm back I hope to make a purchase or two! I can't wait for my next visit!!!!

The only reason this place gets one star is the younger guy Evan who works there, he was very nice and patient with me when I had questions about a repair on my ring. Otherwise I’d leave zero stars if I could. The woman barb is callous and rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere until she’s no longer allowed to interact with customers!Edit: Barb I have no interest in speaking to you considering how rude you were in person. I work in the service industry and there is no excuse for how you speak to people. Owner or not.

I recently visited Forest Beach Design to purchase a gift. Their selection and craftsmanship is impeccable and the staff a delight. This shop is a true gem and I couldn't recommend them more.
