“We loved our stay here. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food and cocktails were great. The location is perfect to walk around. However, what makes this place truly unique is the service. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated getting pastries throughout the day. Ryan the bartender makes some exceptional drinks. Nick and Riana at the front desk were super helpful. The breakfast shift folks were all great as well. And Dane made sure our stay was perfect.”

“We adore the Hawthorne. Best location, walkable to everything. Not a luxury hotel, but clean with very comfortable beds and a view that cannot be beat. The nicest owners and staff. Our happy place!”

“This was my first time staying at the Chatham Motel. Jenn made booking, check in and check out easy.
The room and bathroom were exceptional clean.
The bed was very comfortable and the white sheets were crisp. The bathroom was large with a nice clean tub/shower. Nice clean towels too.
Great location and quiet.
I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“Queen Anne Inn is full of historical New England/Cape Cod charm. We were immediately greeted by the beautiful hydrangea blooms and landscaping abutting the historical facade. The hotel GM was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival, recommending a nice beach and restaurant that was perfect. It had a cozy feeling like The Dragonfly Inn from Gilmore Girls. IYKYK. Location was quiet and peaceful—a nice respite after a day spent at Coast Guard Beach or P-town. Our two queen bed guestroom was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. We had a balcony room facing the pool and more hydrangeas, which was a bonus. The guestroom finishes and fixtures were dated, but the historical charm and cleanliness outweighed its shortcomings. Our daughters loved popping into the pool as well. They had beach chairs and towels we could borrow for our beach excursions. Coffee/tea service in the morning with a fantastic French patisserie within walking distance for the perfect morning croissant. It was the perfect place for our family of four. We can’t wait to return, hopefully next summer, post-Reno, to experience Queen Anne Inn with a glow-up. Enjoy!”

“The rooms were clean and recently renovated, but the staff was not friendly and was downright difficult at times. At check in felt like we were a burden, they could not wait to get us out of the office (which closed an hour later). We tried to use the bicycles on our last day for a few hours (all of them were available) until lunchtime (12 noon) , but they insisted we had to have them back at 11. Did not feel welcome.”

“When you think of Chatham, you think of Chatham Bars Inn. It’s an amazing place to spend time with family and friends. The location and ocean view are stunning. The staff are very attentive and they make you feel welcome. We had some cocktails, couple of Margharite pizzas, we had clam chowders, fish and chips and fried calamari. All the dishes were delicious and the presentation was equally impressive. That’s one of the reasons we make our trip to Cape Cod.”
