On main st with free street parking. This store is on the smaller side compared to other locations, but has well organized sale section and staffs were friendly.

The staff here are FANTASTIC and incredibly helpful. I needed an emergency dress for a wedding when the zipper in the one I brought broke, and the ladies here leapt into action. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with the perfect dress. They made sure I didn't forget any accessories, and they saved the day!

Great selection and staff! Always have what I'm looking for and the staff are super helpful in getting a size needed or if I ask, they are able to recommend some great accessories to pair with an outfit. Whenever I'm in, I get ideas even from the way the staff dresses - they pull items together that look really great on. My go to store for Lilly! Beautiful store too- always nicely appointed with eye catching windows. A great location too.

There's a direct line from the bored housewife who started this shop in the late 1950s to how I feel whenever I visit one of their locations. But it's not for me. So I endure. That bored housewife was socialite Lilly Pulitzer. After her husband kick-started a fruit stand for her, her clothes got messy. As one does, she asked her personal dressmaker to design her a look for squeezing fruits like the riff raff. The hangers on in her social circle told her her new lewk was to die for & the rest is apparently history. Fast forward to 2022 & there are LP locations in quite a few places, with colorful patterned clothing & accessories for women & girls. This is one of them. I didn't wind up buying anything, but my sister did.

Friendly helpful staff will work to find your size and if an item is not in the store will help find it online so it can be shipped to you. Love the fact that this store is in Chatham which adds color to the shopping options here. In summer it's fun to see the bright colors of Lilly being worn in town. I notice some of the older critical reviews are no longer accurate. So try the store for yourself, but I highly recommend.

Went to Chatham for my honeymoon last Saturday, and begged my husband to go to Lilly with me. I entered the store, and began to ask the employee if this location was participating in the APS, before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off and rudely said, "No, we're not". I'm a loyally Lilly customer of 10+ years, but I left after her rude remark.

The girls who work at this store are amazing! They are always so friendly and helpful! Today Ellie called multiple stores to track down a dress for me and made my day!
