We didn’t know this was here but stopped in today on day trip to Chatham and we left with beautiful beachy durable beach bags. Everything was so beautiful I had to really hold myself back. We will definitely be back on next years beach vacation!

I've ordered from Sea Bags online & love them... Today I was in an actual store! The sales person could not have been nicer... And I bought the bag I was looking at online & wanted... It was so nice to be able to see them all in person & touch them to see how different they are...

Store is fine. Don’t understand no food, drinks when the person at the desk is always doing that!

As nice as the merchandise is I'm not sure it's worth the rudeness you endure once entering the store. The woman working there was extremely rude to us as soon as we entered. God forbid she gets up from her counter to interact with her customers. I went in planning on purchasing 2 door mats at $50 a piece. She exchanged no pleasantries with us upon entering and when we picked up one of the items to look at it she snapped to not put any belongings down on the table. I'm not sure how we're supposed to use our hands to look at the merchandise if we can't use our hands... when I found the items I wanted I realized they were slightly different. She called across the store where we could find the match. Have some good customer service skills and get up and help us find it, there wasn't another person in the store! When we had the item we wanted and went to change it out she called out from her seat again to where it belongs. Apparently it was in the wrong spot in the pile because she then called out to where exactly in the pile to put it. When I am spending $100 I. Your store you can get up and help find the merchandise. You can say "I'll take the one you don't want and put it away for you". Instead she chose to be rude and continue to dictate to us from across the store. I wish the item I wanted was available online so I didn't have to give her a penny of my money. Unfortunately, I drove 2 hours to make this purchase so I had to bite the bullet and make the purchase. Needless to say I will never shop in this location again.

This shop is a must see for Cape Cod trip! Who thought used sails could be re-purposed for beach-chic and hamptons style weekend bags? We absolutely love, love, love the anchor and lobster claw sea bags from Maine, and this Chatham shop has the newest and always fashion forward designs. Ask for Kim. She is the best!!!

I started writing a super wordy review but decided to shorten it up. All you need to know is that the merchandise is adorable, but the customer service is horrible. My mom and I were ready to buy a few things, but ended up deciding to use their website instead. Very disappointing. Save yourself the irritation and just shop on line.

Tried to stop into the store today, but it was not open. Sign says open today from 10-5, but noone was there twice when we went by. I have been to the Portland store a few times and own a few bags and love them. I am disappointed that this store was closed without any note or message. I have been to this store before too and know the staff sometimes takes a lunch break, but it was shut for a few hours and don't think it was open at all today. It is too bad, they have such a great product. I may have bought another bag, but it just degrades their image.

Nice little shop that sells bags made of recycled sails from sail boats. They are very very durable. My wife has one and loves it. She's had it for eight years and "it looks like new". If she likes it, then it must be good. Check it out!
