Terrible Place. Service by Cashier awful and unprofessional in all levels. Presented my VA Identification Card and cashier claimed it was not acceptable. She had the audacity to say it was not a valid ID.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Specially Specially if you are an active duty Military or Veteran.

When asked for ID by the cashier I was told she was also going to need to see the passenger in my car’s ID as well. Don’t waste your time or money at this over priced liquor store if you have children or family who look a day under 65 in the car with you. I was told this was due to “store policy”, but I am still legally allowed to purchase alcohol no matter the age of my passengers. Absolutely ridiculous, I do not recommend spending your hard earned money at this joke of a liquor store.

Top wine shop on Cape Cod. Josh, the owner, takes time to share his favorites and listens to your wine needs. Prices are fair and the selection is stellar. LOVE Shop Ahoy.

Fantastic store! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that can give great recommendations on wine and craft beer and good prices.During the Covid crisis it's one of the best set up stores I've seen. Proper social distancing guidance, clean surfaces, and the staff provides a safe and secure environment for customers in these difficult times. Curbside service was fantastic and quick. After visiting the other local liquor stores I have decided to make Shop Ahoy my go to place for my wine this summer on Cape.

Shop Ahoy is always one of our first stops in Chatham. The proprietor, Josh is extremely knowlegeable, helpful, and friendly. They have an amazing selection of wines. The Saturday afternoon wine tasting has become a tradition for us. The staff takes the time to explain each wine and the history of the producer. Good prices, I highly recommend Shop Ahoy.

Horrible experience! The cashier was extremely rude and changing the order I had on the counter without explanation or letting me talk. She then proceeded to yell at the nice, HELPFUL coworker next to her when he was trying to help us. If you aren't about kind people and being treated with respect then this is the place to go but if you want to feel good about your experience while walking out the door along with seeing other employees being treated in a nice manner, then go anywhere else in Chatham.
