I have been coming to this little shop for years with my family when we are on the Cape each summer. However, we will never step foot in there again! The self righteousness owner asked us to leave because we didn't have masks on. The sign on the door only "recommends" masks. If she wants patrons in masks in her store, then she needs to post that specifically. Arrogant and miserable

We have shopped this store a number of times over many years on our annual vacations to Chatham. We are a bit quizzical about some very negative comments about service. One winter, when the store was closed, we were able to contact the owner in, I think, Florida, and he helped us with a problem over the phone. Today (7/26) we went in and were cheerfully greeted by a gentleman with white hair who was very helpful. My wife is hobbled with hip and knee problems problems and the car was pretty far away, so he had me go get the car and when I pulled up he helped her out and carried the bag. Thanks so much. Cutest things and always find something unique and a conversation piece, at the right price. Need I say more?

If I could I would give this store a zero star rating. They are so rude, they take the joy of strolling and shopping away. It hurts the whole town. Such a pity...

This was a fun whimsical store. You'll find fun gifts for any occasion. There were lots of things I bought for myself too!

We have frequented this establishment for a few years now and the service is super. They have the best selection of gift items in Chatham and I think on all of Cape Cod.

I really don't know how they manage to stay in business. I have never been greeted or welcomed into the store. The disdain and disregard this shop has for its clients is shocking. When our out of town guest "do" Main Street we always used to tell them to avoid the shop but now we tell them to think of it as a theatre experience. Last time I was there I bought a small do hickey for wine and said, at the counter, " this should be very helpful . I'm so glad to have it" the man behind the counter did not say a word. Did not nod. Did not smile...in fact he reached for the phone, dialed and handed me my purchase...no bag or anything...and started his phone conversation. Do you know how much energy it takes to be that ugly to a customer! Please visit the shop if you want to study rude behavior.

This store has some cool tchotchkes and functional objects (sun catchers, clocks like animals, really, really big painted pepper grinders). Sadly, the customer "service" is terrible, in my experience. I saw a cool functional piece (cool, but which I have no use for) and was going to take a picture to show it to a friend who might actually be able to buy/use it. The guy saw me take out my iphone and snapped "no pictures! The artists want you to BUY their work, not photograph it." I think it's questionable to have a "no photos" policy when really, someone might want to consult a spouse (the thing I was looking at was about $400) or suggest a purchase for a friend but if that's the policy, put up a sign and don't be a j*** about it. On the way out he added "this is an art gallery, not a gift shop." Lovely.
