I was in a fender bender last month and my insurance company has a plan with A Plus Autobody. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They reached out right away to schedule the service, sent the bills straight to the insurance company and even allowed me to drop my rental (Hertz) there when my car was ready.
The staff was professional, friendly and courteous throughout the process. They kept me informed about the schedule and got it back to me 4 days before the promised date. My car was beautiful when I picked it up: inside and out!
What a great business in our area. I can’t speak to the prices since it was all cover by insurance, but my entire experience was really great!

Very smooth process! Dropped my car off and they had the Hertz rental there with my rental car. Personable and professional. Picked my car up on time and it was spotless! 10 out of 10!

Dropped my crv off for an accident, took 13 days to fix. Car looked great. Someone also noticed our rental never showed while sitting outside he brought us inside the closed shop and called the rental shop and then drove my wife and I to the rental shop. A plus in book. I'll come back again if I'm in the same situation.

I recently had an issue with my driver's side door not latching. Being from out of town I had no idea of where to take my car to be repaired and had passed by this shop on my way to my grandson's school. I figured it was worth a shot and I am so pleased I did! I had no appointment but my car was immediately taken into the shop to assess the problem and subsequently a repair was done.The staff at this shop went over and above anything I could have imagined. All were very helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough about the professionalism I witnessed here. I was in and out of the shop within an hour! I would definitely recommend them for all your repair needs!

I recently was distracted by a sobbing child watching me back out of my driveway when I crashed into my neighbors' vehicle. This had been my first accident in a LONG time (like before smart phones were a thing long time). USAA was kind enough to provide me with a list of body shops in my area including this shop that was one of their preferred locations. I was hesitant choosing to go on my own because other places over the years had spoken to me condescendingly and have attempted to up sell. I ventured in without my husband and can honestly say I felt as if him being there wouldn't have made a difference with the customer service. All employees I interacted with were absolutely wonderful, explained the insurance process, waited patiently while I made phone calls, and even helped arrange getting a rental to me while I was there dropping off my vehicle.I absolutely hit the jackpot with this place and cannot recommend them enough for their kindness, patience, communication, and commitment to getting my car back to looking the way it did before I got distracted by my child! Thank you all!

Almost impossible to find a better auto body repair facility. Precision work in a meticulously clean shop. Attention to detail is superb. Have recommend A plus to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I can’t say enough good things about John and this business. They were friendly, helpful, fast, and did a beautiful job, even detailing my car before I picked it up! They dealt with insurance, set up my rental, and made the whole process seamless. What could have been a miserable experience was made so much better by this place. They finished the job 4 days faster than estimated! If you need auto body work, look no further!

After sending my vehicle there for auto body repair they decided to do a front end alignment and damaged the struts, costing me another $900 elsewhere because they refused to acknowledge the damage they caused

I would give A+ Autobody a 10 if it would show on the website. I recently had a blow out of my front tire and was almost killed on the highway. The blowout caused extreme damage as the tire unraveled beneath me. I had to be towed home. The end result was I got it to A+. When I got it back it looked and drove like a new One. I am so grateful and Thankful for these Guys. I recommend this body shop 100%. Trust me there isnt many left like these Guys.They are kind, considerate, honest and theie work is Amazing.so if you need body or mechanical work on your car please don't hesitate. These Guys are the Car Angels. (No Joke). Thanks Again for making whole once again
