“I have been with Jeanne D'Arc for years, since I was able to open an account with a bank I could trusted. They are very dedicated and supportive in all of the branches that I've been to, in MA. I smile and show them respect. Understandable, not everyone has that positive spirit with issues or concerns already in mind when they get there. If we all could see things from others views, maybe there wouldn't be much angery comments I've seen on this site. I just wanted to show these branches some love. “I needed a check made and was so happy I came to this location. Mary is amazing and helped prepare a bank check for me, she answered all of my questions I had regarding checks and never made me feel silly for things I didn't know. She's absolutely amazing. I then mentioned needing some help with some changes to my account and was directed to Jessica. Again, amazing. She warmly greeted me and quickly helped me fix a few things that needed to be changed with my account and I was on my way. “Always friendly service. The bankers work hard despite being in a busy supermarket. No branches in Lowell so all customers in the WHOLE city go here. Too bad corporate Citizens doesn't get these hard workers more registers because long lines can be a pain. Overall, great customer service. That's why I go back.”
