Room with King-size bed & balcony was large, comfortable, & beautiful. Lovely to sit outside on balcony. Comfortable bed & pillows. Extremely quiet room. Helpful check-in personnel. Yummy breakfast of eggs, sausage & waffles. Great coffee.Very reasonable rate. So pleased with this hotel & stay.

It helps the homeless tremendously with the C.T.I. program. It helped over a hundred people and family all through the winter to keep people alive and safe and fed. Thank you so much ?Walkability: There is a little gas station and store right next door. Also a restaurant nextdoor.

If you really are concerned about cleanliness and safety, please do not stay here. I stayed here for three nights in October 2022 and was shocked to see that a best western plus was housing the homeless. They are not just hanging around…they live there now. The room I had looked like it may have been previously used as living quarters for the homeless. I appreciate that people can have issues in life, but putting them up in a hotel where you are also accommodating travellers is not the answer.

I made a reservation for 2 nights and had to leave after 1 night (and still pay) and go to another hotel. I was not aware that this hotel houses the homeless and those on public services. Very noisy after hours, cigarette butts all over the ground outside the entrance to the "hotel"...dirty elevators and lobby, and I didn't even attempt to have the free breakfast that was included in the room I PAID for because unfortunately not everyone waiting for breakfast in the lobby looked or smelled clean. I stayed here 4 yrs ago and had no issues which is why I booked my stay again....but they will loose my business and anyone else that stays there due to the conditions and changes. They should be transparent on their website.

Not at all like the pictures. Very outdated rooms, beds were doubles, not queens and the hotel looked like it was an off-site homeless shelter. Not in a very good part of town but close to where I had to go. Was tolerable for one night but prob wouldn’t stay there again.

Lovely place reasonably priced, great staff food lovely, but I don't like the fact that they take your credit card to pay for your meal, 8/10

I booked this hotel through Priceline. I booked 2 full beds because that’s all the had available and I went back online the next day I saw that they had 2 queen available. I called the hotel and I spoke to someone who was in the front and they said yes they can change it for me but when I got there. The person I was talking to did not change my reservations. They was completely booked. I was very disappointed. The pool was also closed for renovations. The reason why we even booked this hotel was because of the pool. The room we had was very outdated and it smelled of mildew. It was like a humid room. The ac wasn’t working. I didn’t ask to change room because obviously they was booked. I called and ask for toiletries and towels and they did not bring it up. I was not happy with this hotel and I do not recommend it at all.

Hotel is currently being used as a homeless shelter. Which they don't mention anywhere on their website or when making reservations. When we checked in we asked the clerk why there was security everywhere, he said there was a program for the homeless on the bottom floor. While we were going up to our room which was on the 5th floor, we were talking to a person who was participating in the homeless program and she was on the same floor as us, she stated that the homeless are on all the floors throughout the hotel. We asked how things were and she said it was crazy crowded she said at breakfast time it's packed downstairs. She found out we were from California and asked if we had any marijuana. - Currently the pool is not open and has not been open for sometime now, and there was some type of construction going on in the breakfast area. While the lobby was clean, and smelled clean, the elevator and the hallways going to the bedrooms were dirty littered with cigarette butts and had a musty smell. We decided to not stay there. While we understand the homeless situation across the United States is terrible and we support programs like this to help people get off the streets. Some sort of notification should be shared at the time of booking the hotel. This will allow people to make an informative decision if they would like to stay there or not. Useful Funny Cool

Do not stay here. We showed up after booking our rooms 2 months ago to find out they are housing homeless on every floor . They had security there because of a drug problem at this place is what one of the homeless people had told us. No where on the website does it say anything about housing homeless.. We had booked 3 Rooms as there was 6 of us.. What a disappointment
