“Thought the store was kinda unorganized or messy hard to find stuff the clearance section is overwhelming to go through. The manager, Jeff, is super nice and helpful. Sometimes I go here, and the line is super long, and cashires are not quick, and other times, it goes by fast. Didn't have much for flip-flop selection, and I had to order my son's clothing online, so I picked out what I wanted for him.and they ordered it in another size was helpful. Cashier was efficient this day and knowledgeable in what he was doing, I love the baby clothing and toddlers bjt now that my daughter is 8 there seems to be not much to choose from for her which is disappointing to me it's a hit or miss for me when I go here. I haven't found anything for myself to wear here. The clothing is too weird for me and shaped weirdly. So, I never have any luck getting clothing here in years for myself .”

“Ladies… if you ever need a hat for a special occasion this is your place! I will be attending a wedding in Scotland this summer and have been looking for a fascinator for months. I did not want to purchase this type of item online and was quickly running out of time. I came upon this store and found exactly what I was looking for! The assistance provided was amazing; the owner was extremely patient as I tried on many possibilities. I left the store very happy with a lovely little hat for a reasonable price. In addition to clothing, they have a lovely collection of jewelry and I couldn’t help myself and bought two pairs of earrings for the event as well. So happy to find a quaint little shop like this in a world filled with generic box stores!!!”

“I had such a pleasant experience visiting this store today! It was clean and shelves were full and mostly organized.I want to give a special shout out to the associate - Patrick, who was pleasant during the checkout and did a splendid job packing my purchases. I went a little crazy and bought a lot of items, I knew I would have had a hard time carrying it to my car. He recognized it and offered to hold on to the bags until I bring my car over to the entrance. He met me outside and helped me load the bags! What an exceptional customer service!”

“I've loved this store since my first time visiting, when I bought a Jimmy Ear World t shirt (my very first band t) in middle school for BTS shopping. For a long time, this and Spencer's were the only two "alternative" stores for kids to easily find clothes of that style. This was pre internet shopping as it exists today. Hot Topic is still a haven for all things goth/alternative. The staff were helpful and friendly but not overbearing, and allowed me to browse happily.”

“Had a lovely experience here yesterday and got great service and a super cute outfit. Kelley was so fun to work with, she helped both me and my daughter find what we were looking for, and she even talked me out of getting something that didn’t look amazing on me. I don’t like being upsold on clothing, and I really value honesty. I didn’t feel any pressure while shopping, and really enjoyed my time in the store. I will make a point to stop in whenever I am in town. Btw I really appreciated that she helped my daughter too and made her feel included. Sometimes I feel like people disregard teenagers, but Kelley gave my daughter helpful advice, and she had so much fun and loved the experience with mom. It was really special.”

“The staff here is amazing and have great work ethic. When I came in I was quickly greeted and was asked multiple times if I needed help from different staff. The selection in the store is amazing and they have a great clearance section. Overall this is the best Abercrombie and Fitch I have ever been to and I would definitely recommend for other people.”
“Abby was super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She was incredibly sweet to my 4 year old who asked her no less than 6 billion questions. She took the time to build the ideal skateboard for my son and get to know his likes, dislikes, and personal style. He ended up loving the entire set up. If she wasn't the manager, I'd call her manager and tell them how fantastic she was. Best customer service, hands down.”
“Anyone looking for extra-small men’s shirts - look here! I have never had a shirt fit so well before.
Customer service was incredible as well, Jilian was extremely nice and helpful and went above and beyond to help me find whatever I needed.
Watch out for the prices though because they’re on the higher end here.”
“I just had the best experience at Windsor in the pheasant lane mall! Kaela, the store manager was the most helpful salesperson I’ve ever dealt with! I have an event to go to and am the worst shopper! Kaela brought me items that she thought would look good together for my body type and style!
