We had an appointment and got there 5 minutes before the appointment. We were told that they were working on a perm and could not honor our appointment. I explained that we had an appointment and was told that it did not matter that they use their appointment book at the location and the online system does not know what is really available. Fix this people!! Went across the street to Supercuts and they took care of us.

I highly recommend Maria G if you’re looking to have your hair ruined on your birthday. I went in with 1/4 inch roots, just needed them touched up to match my hair. Instead, Maria dyed my roots gray, leaving me with a gray crown. When I had first went in at 12:30 for a consultation, Maria assured me this would be a quick and easy job. When I arrived again at 4:30 for my appointment, Maria actually complimented how healthy and blonde my hair was before she started destroying it. While the dye was being applied to my head, it was dripping down the side of my face. I have a purple stain on my right arm from Maria carelessly dripping around dying agents. While my hair was toning, Maria started cutting another client’s hair. She set a timer for 20 minutes, however before the timer had gone off she abruptly stopped cutting the other client’s hair and said the toner was starting to set for too long. Concerning! When my hair was finally washed, immediately I could see the gray all over the top of my head. Maria begins to suggest that I allow her to do my hair again. After 3 hours of being there she wanted me to stay longer so she could do another experiment on my hair. When I asked to speak with her manager I was told to let Maria do my hair again. Why do they not understand that I have other things to do with my life than sit inside a Cost Cutters while Maria tries to fix her mess. Excuse me for not feeling confident that the person who messed up my hair could somehow fix it. I was told I could leave without paying. I agree, I absolutely shouldn’t have to pay for Maria’s screw up…because let me guess..Maria isn’t going to pay me $200+ to go to a REAL salon to get a corrective color. Out of curiosity I asked Maria if I could see her cosmo license, she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have one (while another client is in her chair for a haircut)! That would make sense given what I now look like. Maria’s manager’s manger asked me who I thought I was asking Maria is she had a cosmo license, clearly she missed the part when I introduced myself as the women who Maria just dyed gray instead of blonde. Customer service? They have NEVER heard of it! Management has a lot to look into, including themselves. If none of them were willing to drive to the salon to fix my hair, why on earth did they expect me to drive back tomorrow when it’s convenient for them to fix my hair. Unreal. The salon itself is disgusting. BROWN leaky ceiling tiles, right about salon chair and above the hair washing station. Overall, I highly recommend Maria G for anyone who wants to hate their hair, she is amazing at providing that service.

I have brought 6 of my kids there. 5 got great cuts but one stylist was NOT child friendly, and was rather rough with my 3 year old, Mary Katherine. His haircut came out very uneven. I would give more stars because there are 5 star stylists there like Yvonne. She fixed my son's hair for free after seeing the bad cut and was very kind and gentleService: Haircut

I have been going to Supercuts all my life and I can say that this is one of the best I've ever been to. The salon is clean and welcoming. All of the staff I have come into contact with have been helpful and give great haircuts! The only reason I would ever stop coming here is if I move over an hour away.

This is not a comment on all the stylists there. Some of them may be friendly and professional, I would not discredit the place by the poor performance of one staff. This is just my personal opinions based on my last experience there, which unfortunately, was terrible.The lady with long white hair had a condescending attitude and she wasn't even good at her job. I felt like I was sitting in my high school principle's office instead of having a haircut. She was constantly sighing as if my hair was a great disappointment and a waste of her time. More importantly, she did a very sloppy job on a simple haircut. All she did was running through my hair with a buzzer and two clippers. When I asked her to trim a few jagged spots, she literally said "It's not jagged according to the clips". That was a highly unprofessional comment and underrate of her own skills. Why would I go to a hairstylist if it takes little more than what my roommate is capable of? Lastly, I'm pretty sure she mumbled the eff word when she saw the tip, which she didn't deserve.I hope she was just having a bad day. Maybe other people have had better experiences there, but my suggestions are: Don't go there; if you have to go, avoid the mentioned stylist.Service: Haircut

Went here for the first time today. Usually go to the chain across the street. There was one person sitting in the salon when I walked in. I was wearing an N95 maskAfter determining I was there for a cut she lead me to a chair while informing me that she wasn't wearing a mask and never has. She was very glad that the town mask mandate was ending tomorrow. As I was seated she then told me there was only one type of mask that worked. I showed her the N95 on mine but she said she didn't know what that meant. Then she informed me that she wasn't vaccinated and never would be. That's when I got up and left as she called after me saying "Don't be scared, I'm not sick." I told her I wasn't scared but she would not be seeing me again.Unless you're anti mask and anti Vax. Stay away from this place.

I recently took my 2 year old son for a haircut and made an appointment online for 2:30. Not only did the stylist make us wait 30 mins, she took her friends before us at 3:05 and proceeded to say she was having trouble with the computer. She also said that she was short staffed due to Covid. I completely understand and I believe I was patient, but my son is 2 and he cannot sit that long. To be honest I really believe she did not want to cut my sons hair, since she was huffing when she saw us. Very unprofessional and low class.
