Whether I get Kelly or Sherri, I always get a nice cut at a reasonable price. I'm completely grey, now, and love that they don't nag me to color! But they DO make recommendations to me that they think will help me maintain a neat, nice look.

Went to cut my son's hair (he is 9) with Kelly for the first time (we were in Chelmsford on errands and looked up the place that sounded like a reasonable one with quality service, we typically go local closer to our home). Kelly was nice and welcoming and very tolerant of my son's long and boastful talks, helped him with some hair cut choices and just comes across as someone you can trust and like to be around. She did a good job with the haircut and I would come back if I am back to this neck of the woods again.
