This is my first time at Cut to the Chase and I ended up having Alyssa. I am beyond thrilled with her, she is not only adorable but is so sweet and kind. We talked the whole time and she was so engaging. I am very picky about my haircuts and I have to say its the best I've had in years. I am so thrilled to have found her and can't wait to go back in OCT. My hair is very wild and she managed to tame it down and it looks and feels great. I am 100% a satisfied customer and you will be too. Ask for Alyssa and get ready for a great experience.

I tried the new head spa with Alyssa and it was amazing! The most relaxing and enjoyable experience I have had in a long time. I am telling all my friends about it and will definitely be back to have it again!

The Japanese head spa treatment was AMAZING! Just imagine your head being massaged for over 45 minutes, complete relaxation! The halo waterfall is stimulating and felt so good, my scalp and hair felt so clean after.
I would like to note, it’s probably not a good idea to have this treatment done right after you have your hair colored. They clarify and detox your hair which is great, especially if you have mineral build up from hard water however it’s not recommended within 24hours of having your hair colored, I didn’t know what to expect and so I made this mistake and my color faded just a tad. Not a big deal but if you just paid for toner or a color retouch, it’s probably not the best idea 😉 wait a few weeks and then GO!!! Ask for Alyssa, you will LOVE her.

Bad service, I called a few weeks in advance and had an appointment today at 1 pm just for them to see my hair and then I have to schedule the appointment for my highlights and they call me today at 10 am to tell me that the person who is only going to see my hair cannot at 1 pm (after having confirmed the appointment 3 times during the week) and they ask me if I can at 11:30 and I tell them that I can at 10:30 which is in half an hour, then they tell me they do not have anyone at that time. I conclude that I have to adjust my schedule to the time and day that they want, without receiving any apology for having canceled my appointment today at 1 pm. Terrible customer service.

I've been to CTTC twice and both times booked with Brandon. Everyone here is friendly and professional. Brandon did such a great job cutting, coloring, and styling my hair. I have wavy, thick, and frizzy hair, and Brandon always makes sure I come out of the salon with my hair looking light, effortless, and fabulous. Definitely would recommend! Shoutout to Amanda-lyn for the fantastic after-shots of my hair!

LOVE this salon! Highly recommend Brandon, he transformed my hair from long black, draggy blah looking to a new cut and outstanding color! Truly one of the BEST stylist I have been too. Brandon takes the time to listen to your hair concerns and goals and he will make it all happen for you. I’m obsessed with my color and cut ! 10/10 recommend. Very clean spa with the most helpful staff and my stylist … well I can’t even get over what Brandon did for my dying head of hair he was amazing and knowing him for many many years was helpful! He made dull look sexy again I appreciate you all can’t wait to return ♥️?

I hadn't had my hair done since before I had Cancer 5 years ago. Losing my hair was so emotional for me, so this first hair service since treatment was important to me. I was in the best hands with Brandon. He did an amazing color and cut and I absolutely couldn't be happier with the results. Brandon helped me find "me" again and I can't thank him enough. Service was very professional and Brandon is very knowledgeable so, he was quickly able to answer the many questions I had for him. 10/10 would recommend! Great service, great people! Thank you for making me feel beautiful again.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I got a curly cut (not my first) which was an utter disaster. This is the second worst haircut I've ever had.
I had a MASSIVE shedding event when I washed my hair a few days later--I have *never* lost so much hair at once my entire life! My hair is now thinner at the crown than it has ever been. It's going to take months, *months* to regrow what has been lost.
The sylist used way, way too much product as I could still smell them in my hair even *after* using a clarifying shampoo. Whatever she used formed a stubborn film that even my clarifying shampoo couldn't remove. Ugh.
My curl pattern has been completely disrupted: the few waves and curls I get are stort-lived and look unnatural.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this salon!
Catalina did a great job with my balayage, and I plan to continue to see her for all my hair needs!
I also had my very first facial with T and it was so wonderful! My skin is still glowing days later! Hands down one of the most relaxing experiences this mama of 3 has ever had!

I received the Jan Marini facial from T. It was an incredible facial. I walked out feeling so refreshed and glowing. From the start of walking in I felt relaxed and cozy. As a mom of 2 it was nice to feel pampered but T went above and beyond, she doesn't leave your side even if u have a face mask on you are getting a gentle massage. I couldn't of asked for better.

I have been a client of T’s for facials and skin rejuvenation for years. She is amazing and the only person I trust working on my face. She takes a very custom approach to your treatment based upon her evaluation of your skin type and its current state. She also uses top of the line products and does not use or recommend anything she has not tried on herself first. She is always a message away if I ever have any questions or need any product recommendations. She has also taken the time to educate me on the modalities she uses and gives me step by step instructions on aftercare. T is truly dedicated to her business and her clients. I cannot imagine seeing anyone else. I highly recommend a visit with T.
