I was recommended to use Environmental Pools by my brother, Patrick and his wife Beth. Several years ago, EP designed and built a beautiful pool, spa and outdoor social area for them in Franklin, Massachusetts. Pat and Beth had high praise for Andrew and the EP team. We also have good friends in Carlisle who had just completed a similar pool design as ours with the larger, more well-known pool installer in our area--not going to name ;))). They were very disappointed with that process and their pool construction seemed to go on forever. My choice of EP was therefore easy--I didn't even get a call back from the larger, more well-known pool installer for weeks after my initial inquiry.Throughout the negotiation, pool design, material selection, and pool construction, the entire EP team was super professional, attentive and the construction process proceeded at pace. Our Carlisle friends were amazed!!! EP completed the pool in August and we could not be more pleased with the process and product. The quality of the pool, stone deck, and spa exceeded our expectations and we look forward to a lifetime of enjoyment with friends and our growing family. Hooray!!!

Great quality and timeliness. I especially enjoyed working with Project Manager Chris. He was always there for me and answered a million of my questions!

Environmental Pools made our yard a 'resort.'The pool itself is perfectly balanced and pristine, in part from the fantastic job Kris did with us during 'Pool School.' We learned so much from him: tested the water nightly, emptied the skimmers, we even washed the filters ourselves! Kris made it seem effortless. As for the pool service techs: Steve; Rafi; Dwayne & Frank - they are great people. Polite, friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. If we have a question like we did once with 'Rosie' (our Polaris), Dwayne checked her out & her 'ring' was too tight. He made some adjustments & now we are able to remove her & her hook back up without issue!Sean - he was the BEST project manager! Calm, professional, kind, and most importantly RESPONSIVE. If there was ever an issue, he responded almost immediately. He answered all questions throughout the entire process & kept us informed of the schedule (when they were coming & when they were not).Andy - thank you for supervising the installation of the 'Signature Matrix' when we couldn't be there. Peace of mind while we were away on vacation knowing you were there. The staff is unified in their approach to customer service: quick to respond, friendly, and able to explain pool mechanics easily - just fantastic. We are grateful to have chosen this company to install our pool - the best decision we made.

As a Landscape Designer and project manager for a pool installation in Osterville, MA I can't say enough good things about our experience with Environmental pools. Chris Quinn was so responsive and answered all my correspondence promptly. They were on budget, on time and delivered a beautiful pool as promised.

We were very happy that we chose Environmental Pools. The quality and attention to detail was excellent and consistent throughout our entire project. EP was very responsive to all of our questions and they worked seamlessly with the other service groups working on the broader project. Our project manager, Chris, went above and beyond to make sure the project stuck to the timeline and all details large and small were covered. We highly recommend EP for anyone looking for a high-end pool.

Corey, Chris and the entire Environmental Team were amazing to work with. We had a major project that started prior to an upcoming winter season and included blasting ledge, bringing in 750 yards of fill and a walk out basement. With all those moving parts the project was completed on-time with limited surprises along the way. Corey and Chris were reachable at all times to answer any questions or address concerns. (and still are).... All the crews that came onsite were respectful and professional. I highly recommend Environmental!

Environmental Pools has great client service, especially for a new pool owner like me. Totally helped me through the routine of what has to happen and when. I've loved working with them and would recommend them to anyone!

Four years ago, when we had our pool redone, I was very pleased with Environmental Pools, but since the install was complete, it’s been nothing but problems with the quality of the work. It all started when we opened the pool the following season. We had calcium bleeding through everywhere. It took a couple of calls but Andy (Sr) ended up coming out and helping us rid the calcium buildups initially. Later that year, we noticed two cracks in the corner of the pool, again few phone calls and Andy (Sr) came out and used a sealer on the cracks. The calcium continued to bleed through and it has never stopped. I’m constantly scraping and scrubbing it off. This season, when the pool was opened, we noticed chipping/holes in multiple spots. Again, after numerous calls, they finally sent someone out. They reported in the notes, “5 or 6 spots where calcium is bleeding through the walls. One chunk about half a golf ball size missing in floor of deep end”. He must have missed the other two holes in the shallow end.For the last three months, we have called and emailed the owner Andrew Everleigh (I believe Sr. retired) to follow up on the visit and how they can make this right. It took over a dozen calls/email to get this response from Andrew…“JasonWhen the company installed this product for your years ago there were no spots. There is no warranty to wear and tear items or a damaged product that we did not do. I wish there a better answer but this is not a bi-product of any work that was preformed. My team did not drive golf ball holes into your pool floor and whatever caused this must of fell in a with great force. If this was a bi-product of workmanship we had done it would have been an issue immediately not years after.”Incredible how a company like this simply dismisses their customers concerns and puts it back on you. Drive golf ball holes into your pool floor…Really after four years?I would not do business with this company if you are rehabbing an existing pool. All the research I have done points to the plaster not adhering to the substrate. It is clear the quality of this work is very subpar. While I know this probably wasn’t a huge job for Environmental, it was for us, and I feel like they had a quick hit and got out.Awful experience.Services: Inground pool installation

My friend is using this company for his new pool install and said they were great so far. I got their info and called for an estimate. Andy seemed great and came out the next day for an estimate. He took photos, asked questions and and said he would get back to me after giving me a rough estimate. That’s when things fell apart. We didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks, so I sent a text and then left a voicemail with him. Both went unanswered. We just wanted an idea of how things were going and what to expect as a timeline.I get pool companies are very busy, but for a $150k+ project, a simple response would be a minimum expectation. I called the main company number the next day and was assured by the receptionist Andy would call me later that day. Didn’t happen. I gave it until the next week (1 month since site visit) and called the main number again. I was assured for the second time I would be contacted by him that day. unfortunately I was not and we ended up going with a more responsive company of equal quality. We did our due diligence and got multiple quotes from multiple companies due to the large investment. This was the first company that came out, yet we were able to get comprehensive quotes from several other companies that came weeks after this initial site visit.I would stay away from this company. They are either too busy to conduct their jobs properly or are simply disorganized. My friend who referred me has been constantly apologetic due to the lack of customer service I received. Again, I was referred to this company by a customer currently getting a large pool installed from them and they totally dropped the ball with me. Unfortunate because their quality is phenomenal from what I have seen.

Working with Environmental Pools, was as good as it gets. From the first day of walking the property, the timely estimate recieved, and the beautiful work the crew produced on time, I couldn't ask for more. Andrew was so great to work and plan with, and Scott their project manager took so much pride and treated the job as his own. No fine details were skipped, and being in a public garden, the positive comments keep rolling in.When originally looking for a contractor to do the work, multiple people pointed me towards Environmental Pools. Now I see why the recommendation was so easy. Thanks again everyone for going the extra mile, we appreciate what was done!Dan BrooksDirector of OperationsMassachusetts Horticultural SocietyWellesley, Ma.

I'm to busy to take on new customers even though they built my pool.So if you get a pool built by them make sure you realize they're not going to take care of it or they will for the first year then blow you off the next year unbelievable
