Dave, Sharon, and Megan are absolutely to notch! They are always fast, efficient and kind. I have worked with them in numerous projects on commercial business deals and private and they always go the extra mile to make sure I will be happy with the product I receive.

The new trainee was wonderful! She had a bubbly spirit and was very knowledgeable about the operation of the fax machine operation! I’m glad I went back after the last great experience I had there with another great girl shipping package and she also steered us right! Great place!

Bad service. No respect, no responsibility. Took me $118 for the package did not deliver but did not want to refund. I can't understand why best quality service like Fedex but having the very bad manager working for them in this location. He did not even check my package status and the issue. He only told me to call customer service. When they charged me for the service they were very nice but when we have any issue they just ignore and no responsibility. Very bad service in this location

I’ve had package delivered to this site before from a wine company. They refuse my package this time. I called and tried to use their service to find out why they refused the package. And all I got caught. Was it an AI loop. Their system is incapable of understanding the need to speak with a human. It kept hanging up on me because I couldn’t give them a package number that they weren’t accepting in the first place. Their system is horrible. They need to get humans that work for them.
